Cladmir heard Jaq's cry as well and moved out to assist. He also saw that Kroshav was moving to assist as well so the plan would be to move down the stairwell as far as possible just to cover Jaq's fallen body. Here is what he will attempt to do:
Be as quiet and stealthy as possible*: Stealth roll 24
If he spot any enemies he will fire his poison bolt at them straightaway and hope to drive them back and hold position until Kroshav arrives
If there are no enemies in the stairwell then proceed to Jaq
If there are any enemies covering Jaq's sleeping body then also fire at them and hope to drive them back and hold position until Kroshav arrives
If Jaq's body is in view and no enemies are in view then attempt to drag Jaq into cover -- and hoping that Kroshav will show up soon to help make this go faster
* I am hoping that if I roll well on stealth I will be able to open fire on the drows before they can react.
Lurn heads for the stairs too, aiming to stop before rounding the bend to the bottom.

It is pretty dark down the stairs for those relying on Lurn's glowing shield, so Cladmir doesn't see anything as he goes carefully down to grab Jaq. No one shoots him, which is nice.
He does remember there is a wall to the cross corridor to the east and west. There are also a few doors he could try to drag Jaq into, though he doesn't really see them in the darkness. Kroshav joins Cladmir, and also doesn't get shot.
((Based on the movements you have left I am going to assume you move to the...east as far as you can? For Cladmir he can only go 5' to the east but Kroshav could drag Jaq into the doorway of the room to the east if he'd like? Sword would guide him, also tell him the room was empty as far as she can see.))
Lurn goes to the bend in the stairs to shed some more light and Joe scampers along behind her.
((Map below, you are coming from the north most stairwell.))
Cladmir has come to realize that whatever Kroshav is doing seems to work as far as prescience-ish is concerned so he's just going to assist Kroshav with moving Jaq where ever, but if anyone shows up he'll take a shot at them.
(( Can we see anything at this point as in who is shooting or where the arrows are coming from? I would assume that the direction of the assailant is clear but if I peek around the corner would it be too dark for a mere human to see anything? ))
(( I'm also not clear on the rule regarding cover and corners so there's gonna be a bunch of conditions again. ))
IF the entire area is too dark and is obvious to Cladmir that peeking around the corner would only reveal a deep dark blackness then he won't even bother to stick his head out. Instead he would hold is action until after Kroshav.
Otherwise (if it's not too dark) Cladmir would like to move to the corner to use it as a cover and take a shot at the enemy *assuming that I can use the corner as a cover and at least I get some benefit from it *.
IF the corner would be of absolute no use whatsoever then Cladmir will also hold action until after Kroshav.
(Y'know, I realised something when I woke up this morning... I'm a fool for not casting Bless on a few of us before we started this mad dash. Considering our luck with the poison saves, that extra 1d4 would've been very useful.)

(( Hey all, I am going on vacation next week starting tomorrow until Sunday 6/19, and while *technically* I should have internet I think it may be good just to mention that I may not or there could be issues. So if I go quiet for a few days here is a script you can use for this char. Note that because he is still far from 100% Cladmir is going to continue to act cautiously. ))
(( Also recall that everything he does will still be at a disadvantage.
In combat
Stealth whenever possible
Never charge in first
Prefer range combat until enemies get too close then it's rapier time!
Prioritize staying alive over killing enemies
Out of combat
Will go with the majority, but if no clear decision is made will side with Kroshav (as he seems to have some sort of guiding angel)
Will not lead from the front
Will try to keep distant if things look potentially dangerous/questionable
The exploding door left quite the impression
Still have a persistent headache (disadvantage) so is discouraged from from being curious with investigating things
Find some place that may be use to hide
Leaving home tomorrow for a 12 hour drive and we'll see what happens!
Kroshav gives Jaq a shake and sets him on his feet if it wakes him. If Jaq's under his own power, Kroshav will move further down, listening to Sword for info beyond Lurn's light.
