She then casts sacred flame!

The Drow falls in defeat and she lies on the ground her form begins to shift into something alien.

 "What the hell is that?"

 "Some kind of demon?"

Blink begins to search the room.

Investigation 20

"I have never seen anything like this."

 Gundren stumbles into the room.

"That's a gorram doppelganger... shapeshifter." he explains before saying, "I need to find me map."

 "Found something!" Blink announces as she pulls a small crate from under Grols bed mattress.

Blink pockets a small pouch of silver and places three potions of healing on the ground before waving a piece of parchment toward Gundren. 

"This it?" she asks.

 Griell picks up the potions.

She keeps one and gives the other two to Kara and Vishka.

 "Ah that's it." he takes the map and holds it close to his chest.

He laughs, "Ye all have me thanks from the heart. Now lets get out o hear before we have more company."

 "I wont argue with that. Let's go!"

The party make their way back the way they came and exit the castle through the secret northern entrance. As they emerge into the night are they come face to face with a returning band of hobgoblins.

"Well what is this?"

 "We are leaving and taking the dwarf with us."

 "Grol is dead... would you like to be dead too?"

 "Or would you like to be in charge?"

Persuasion 3

The hobgoblin laughs harshly.

"Oh I'll be in charge alright, but first I'll be taking back that dwarf." he draws his blade. "Kill em boys."

 Blink hides behind the others.

Blink fires her last arrow at one of the hobgoblins.

 Melandra fires another magic missile.

She targets a hobgoblin.

 "Let's get some distance between this us and this castle."

The group make a wide circle of the castle before heading south. They travel well into the night before they feel safe enough to make camp. They each take turns keeping watch.

The next morning the party head south through the forest.

Around midday the group are near to the southern border of the forest when they come face to face with a band of five Cragmaw goblins traveling in the opposite direction.
