Because it’s psychic damage your basically knocked out You’ll have to take a short rest in which you can’t do anything strenuous like fighting

Yes your armor class is higher then the attack roll so yes fails
Kas’r will face the door where the oozes have moved into and use his dragon breathe attack (15ft cone)
they need to beat a con save of 13 on fail take 3 cold damage or half on save.
