Maverick runs in and grabs the scrolls, armor, and as many potions as he can fit in his pockets and backpack. he quickly glances around and if he sees any dagers, darts, or bow and arrows he will grab it and thenbhe stops and looks at Eskee:
OOC: Yeah i went to the scrolls and the potions first before the Orc Mage could get to it...
Stun says to the Orc Mage, "What i propose is a way to both utilize the coins you are gathering and keep it safe from others wanting to take it. I propose instead of taking it back to your camp and attempting to defended it yourselves, you instead, come back with us to where we came from and form an alliance with the new leader."
Stun will grab a hand full of coins and let them fall out of his hands while he talks, "As with most of history, Orc's are often a primary target of every species that is remotely civilized when something goes array. Humans, Elves, Dwarfs, even other Orc's and Goblins have and will continue to target your tribe to have what you are about to bring back. What i am suggesting is to instead bring the loot back to where we came from to form an alliance with a new leader. This will not only give you protection from others who want what you have now, but also have trade with the village to give you better weapons and armor, a consistent food supply with little need to hunt, and a chance to grow in strength and challenge the strongest forces in this valley."
Stun will turn to the Orc Mage, "It will also provide a chance to acquire tomes and books to increase your knowledge. What say you?"
"Hmm," the orc mage says thoughtfully as he rubs his chin with his right hand. "That is an interesting proposal. I'll have to mention it to the chieftain of our little tribe when next I see him. C'mon, boys," he says to the other orcs gathering coins. "I think it's time to go."
The orcs gather up their bags as their exploring companions return to the large chamber. They obediently follow the orc mage down one of the tunnels.
My bad. I was going by gp value instead of actual weight of the coins. It would take just over seventeen sacks to get all the coins, but the orcs only have five large sacks amongst them; so, they can only carry less than a third of the coins.
Stun puts his hand on Maverick's shoulder, “No worries friend. There is plenty to go around.”
Stub will then turn to the Orc Mage, “We will secure the rest when you return, hopefully with your Chef will be optimistic with the proposition. What May I call you?
"Eye-ronic" Stun says to the mage. "Well, i would love to hear more about you and how'd you got your name over a drink when we settled business. We will hold down the Hoard while you take it back and discuss with your leader..."
“So what’sss our plan gentlemen? Are we just waiting here for the orca to return?” Eskee asks. “Also, are we only taking the gold we can carry? If we want more gold then we can carry we could move it into that room and I could close the door again”
Stun says to the group as the Orcs are leaving, "Well, i was thinking we secure the actual treasures in this Hoard so the Orcs can't get their hands on powerful items. They will be back to attempt to claim the rest of this treasure and will probably not go for the offer i proposed. Worst comes to worst, we can prepare for combat in here where we might have the advantage."
He then turns to Eskee, "That door can give us a good line of defense is needed, and so can the trap at the entrance. But what we really need is reinforcements from the town."
Stun then turns to Kotter, "How fast can you make it back to town?"
Maverick runs in and grabs the scrolls, armor, and as many potions as he can fit in his pockets and backpack. he quickly glances around and if he sees any dagers, darts, or bow and arrows he will grab it and thenbhe stops and looks at Eskee:
"Whats the next move brother?"
“Let’sss go see what Stun is up to.” Eskee answers Maverick.
Maverick, you get three scrolls, a set of scale mail armor, and two potions. No weapons are in the treasure room.
Wait a second; didn't Stun grab the scrolls and potions? If so, you only got the adamantine reinforced armor, Maverick.
OOC: Yeah i went to the scrolls and the potions first before the Orc Mage could get to it...

“That wassss a good idea Stun,” Eskee says. “ Do you think they’ll go for it?”
OOC: Sorry for not being able to remember guys but do we have an official "home base" or were we just staying in a room temporarily?
Bruce, just so im following the Orcs too ALL the coins, correct? That would be 2 large sacks full.
OOC: I’m pretty sure we were just staying where we could.
I think it is more like four big sacks full of coins and a fifth sack over three-quarters full.
And I don't think you guys have established a "home base" yet.
My bad. I was going by gp value instead of actual weight of the coins. It would take just over seventeen sacks to get all the coins, but the orcs only have five large sacks amongst them; so, they can only carry less than a third of the coins.
Maverick Yells to the lead Orc
"STOP!!!!"
To Stun and Eskee he says low enough and quickly so the Orcs dont hear.
"How bad do we want ALL this coin inuding what the Orcs have?"
“Seemsss like there is plenty of coin left for us,” Eskee answers. “However, if you guysss want to take it all I’m down.”
Stun puts his hand on Maverick's shoulder, “No worries friend. There is plenty to go around.”
Stub will then turn to the Orc Mage, “We will secure the rest when you return, hopefully with your Chef will be optimistic with the proposition. What May I call you?
"You can call me whatever you like," the orc mage says. "Most folks just call me the Eye."
"Eye-ronic" Stun says to the mage. "Well, i would love to hear more about you and how'd you got your name over a drink when we settled business. We will hold down the Hoard while you take it back and discuss with your leader..."
"Sounds good," the Eye says. "By the way, what did you and your friends find in that sealed room? Anything an orc might be interested in?"
The orcs gather their things and head out of the hole from which you entered.
“So what’sss our plan gentlemen? Are we just waiting here for the orca to return?” Eskee asks.

"It shouldn't take too long," Kotter replies. "What do you want me to do?"
