"Ugh, are you sure you can't come back in the morning? I don't know nothing about any sigil, anyways. But if you must, you may come in. But only for a couple minutes!"

Shaa is going to cast detect magic before following the others in. And gives a quick scan of everyone in the room.

He is on alert and ready for a set up.

Yeah something seems fishy. "What are we interrupting, boys?" Rey asks, while looking around, trying to piece together the answer to his own question by looking around the room. Perception: 9

Shaa does not detect any magic in this building. 

"You're interrupting a meeting between friends. And I suggest you tell us your business so that you can stop interrupting it."

The other people seem wary of you and remain silent.

Are there dice and character sheets on the table by any chance? ;) "We were told someone here may have an answer for us regarding this sigil. It's a matter of importance- or we wouldn't be here other wise, gentlemen."

"Ratcatchers, are ya? Well some of us have real important things to do, not just go chasing myths and getting eaten by dragons. Why don't you go bother that old Vallivoe instead? I'm sure he'd actually be interested in what you have to say."

Leofir produces a gem in hand and hands it to Yuron who is talking to them.

"We aren't 'ratcatchers', but we are more interested in hearing what you know."

If they are distracted by the gem, Leofir will take a quick glance to see if there is anything important related to the sigil close to him that he can "acquire" with a sleight of hand check.

Perception 20

Leofir sees some scrolls, a couple letters and stone sculpting tools on a desk nearby. He sees part of a triangle that might be the sigil on one of the letters.

"I told you already, I don't know anything. Now can you get out of here and leave me alone?"

Rey stares intently at this man, attempting to read him, see if he's lying or not... Insight: 20

He is definitely lying about not knowing anything about the sigil.

Rey looks around at the group with sly eyes. A somewhat unnerving grin spreads across his face as he nods to Shaa and Leofir.

Grabbing the guy by the scruff of his jacket, he brings him in close, eye to eye. Rey's claws penetrate just the surface of his skin and Rey bares his sharp teeth. In a gutteral growl, simply says "Maybe I can beat it out of you then?" Intimidation: 13

(12) "Alright, alright, no need to kill us! So, um... what sigil are you looking for?"

Leofir takes the gem back from Yuron.

Then says to the guy, "I'm glad you see it our way. We simply want information about it. We're looking for a particular one. (Leofir describes it) In fact, the scroll there with the triangle on it may be it." Leofir points to it.

"I didn't get knocked over the head twice with rocks for nothing, so I suggest you start talking. I can't control my feline friend here—in fact I never know what he's going to do. My wizard friend behind me may decide to turn you into a newt for all I know unless you make them happy."

Yuron will toss a gold on the table and try and walk to the other side of the room opposite of the party to try and distract them. "There's more gold in it for you if you can help us even a little. We fought undead jesters, bear men and skeletons. They looked like they were freshly dead."

"You'd be a walk in the park compared to them." Rey snarls at the one he has grappled. "Who are those letters from exactly? What is your business with them?"

Orbis will walk over and place his hand gently on the shoulder of the main man and whispers in his ear.
"I am a servant of the gods. I am trying to control this crew of killers. Please tell them what they want to know. I don't want to clean up another mess or pray for another soul!"

The man looks very nervous. "That? Uh... that's just the symbol of a local miners' guild. I was, uh, ordering some stone from them. I'm sorry about you having to fight jesters... Now can you please let me go?" The man is trembling in fear. 

"For starters we just want to know what this sigil is."

"I told you! It's the symbol of a local miners' guild!"

Yuron will nonchalantly saddle up to the table to try and read some of the stuff they have on it hopefully using Rey and the others as a distraction. Also he would like to try and take the gold he threw on the table back and anything else he deems helpful to the groups cause after trying to read it.
