"Just what were your groups intentions in attacking the caravans. O-or are you implying that those same thugs had a hand in that? A-and did those that w-went out before knew or say which way they went?"

Gren looks over to the knight with the fancy epaulettes. After a long pause, he gestures to it and says, "That was not your leader, was it?" He asks, and upon receiving an answer follows up with, "Can you and your... friends-..."He makes a sweeping gesture to the two huddled up figures by the woman. "Sons?" He cants his head to the side as if trying to get better look at them. He shakes his head curtly a moment later, and seems to refocus back on the woman, "Can you lead us to these chambers?"

Yuron take his time and thoroughly search the room for traps, anything of value, secret doors and anything pertaining to what is going on here. (He doesn't really care how long it takes he wants to make sure he checks everywhere)
Gren had nodded along in agreement, and was ready to cast his own Guidance upon someone should they decide to aid in checking the room. He, on the other hand, would wait by the door, but inside the room once the initial look over revealed no traps to Yuron.

On the desk, in a cylindrical leather case, is a letter. It reads as follows:
Merosska,
We are pleased to hear about the outcome of your altercation with the Black Earth cult, and we praise you for the capture of one of their prisoners. This noblewoman from Waterdeep has an interesting tale to tell, and we shall enjoy interrogating her further. Keep a close watch on the Sacred Stone Monastery. I want to know what our enemy is planning next.
Your beloved queen,
Aerisi Kalinoth

Holding the cloak up while loading up his bag "Rey want this to go with your new shirt? I found some money we should split when we get out of here too... 4 ways."
"I-I cannot d-d-deny that too fly carried a certain uplifting f-fuh-feeling. Cantakerous though our bearers were." Gren faintly chuckles at the memory of the Giant Vultures. "B-but one must be wary not to fly too close to the sun, least they be burned by their ambitions. For m-m-make no mistake, milady, no less than c-could have drove them to attack the innocent." Gren says, arms folded loosely in defiance.
"That is f-fine. More importantly. After a Short Rest, we can move on lower down the tower. M-maybe root on more unaware, or in hiding." He gives the woman and her entourage a pointed look.
(Thanks, futuristic! Also, I assume the letter was not read aloud?)

Yuron 100% would have read it outloud and passed it to someone else after he asked "Hey lady do you know who Queen Kalinoth is and where we can find her?"
"Not the first question I would have gone with from the letter. But I am only new to this group." He looks towards the Rey and Yuron for clarification. "Have either of you already heard of the Black Earth Cult or the Sacred Stone Monastery?"
Rey accepts the cloak, throwing his old leather on the ground and fitting the new one on, not once taking his eyes off the prisoner. "I meant the colour of the sky. Don't play dumb with me now."
He gives a quick shake of the head 'no' towards Nate.
