"Thank you for the ride,"Kha says to the griffon after getting all his gear that had been piled atop it. "Be safe out there. Those hunter's are still around... Kord's strength to you." He steps back and watches as the beasts take to the sky again.
"Well, it was nice of them to put a sign up for us. Now we know we're in the right spot."The orc approaches the door. "Want to give me a hand with this, Elowyn? Looks like it's froze up pretty good." The orc tests the thickness of the ice with his hammer by giving it a tap. "Maybe you can give us some fire too, Reggie?"
The cleric touches his holy symbol. "All right, Kord, give me a little extra strength here. Here we go."Kha gives a nod to Lady Elowyn and begins to push on the door. After a few moments the ice begins to crack and the door opens for the party.
The heavy stone walls of this room dampen the cold and the howling wind outside. An inscription in what looks like Draconic runes is carved into the east wall.
(The party stand at the top middle with a door to the left and right. The doors seem to made of heavy black stone)
Roxaria enters behind Kha and Lady Elowyn and looks around. “Kinda dismal looking.” She moves over to the East Wall and looks over the inscription. “I can’t tell what this says. Not sure what language this is either. Any of you know?”
She looks at the doors on the left and right. “Whomever was here must have been pretty strong or had some strong servants to open those heavy doors.” She walks up to the Western door to see if it is a push open or pull open type of door.
Upon entering Kha lights one of his torches. He passes the flame over the strange symbols. "Haven't the foggiest. Never seen any writing like that before,"he adds before walking over to the western door.
"Looks like someone's been through here. This one's open a bit. Y'all think someone else is down here?"
Roxaria looks at the partially open door. “I suppose…but that front door was frozen tight with ice. Surely if someone were here, that front door would be better taken care of and cleared.”
Roxaria attempts to pull the door open and look behind it.
Reginald Pipes up "Do you want me to read the inscription before we enter? I have a spell, but it will take me 10 minutes to cast it. I am going to copy it down, anyways. I can translate as we move along as an option. But I won't be very stealthy if we do it that way. Should I wait or start?"
The western door opens and Roxaria sees Stone tables lie in pieces on the floor at the east end of the room. Two open stone chests stand against the west wall. A layer of fine sand coats the inside of the chests and the floor around them.
The party enters the Western room and Trem notices that the chests are built into the floor. In the sand Trem sees 2 sets of dwarf size footprints and 2 sets of human size footprints.
Kha, willing to wait for Reginald to perform his rituals, shrugs then reaches down and gives the gnome a pat on his shoulder. "I guess our chilly friend is in a hurry... Can't say I blame him." He follows the other two into the western room.
The gnome nods to himself, prepared to mark the walls as they go through.

"Of course I will lend a hand" says Lady Elowyn.
