She shrugs.

"To the east, near the shrine of Savras. Orcs drove us out and now here we are."

 "What if we drive the Orcs away? Would you leave?"

 "Anders remember our other commitments."

 "Well we can not just leave Raskin here with these people."

 "Why not Zeleen croons. We would take excellent care of him."

 "I think not." Thomas shakes his head resigned.

"What say you? If we clear the shrine will you return home?"

Persuasion 11

 "Why not, why not." she licks her lips.

"Only good Orc is a dead Orc, be about it."

 Insight 21

The wererats lead the party back out into the night air and they walk some distance from the mines.

 "You believe these freaks?"

 "Not in the slightest, but we were horribly outnumbered in there. Is there another entrance?"

 Raskin gives a low chuckle.

"Sho sho we just need to skirt around a ways and come in from the east."

The party make their way around the mine and come to the east entrance by mid evening. Raskin shows them to the entrance.

 "Feldoran you had best scout ahead."

 Stealth 18

 The Dwarf leads the way and the party climb their way up through a narrow tunnel leading deeper into the hillside. Feldoran disappears around a bend and does not return for a moment.

 Thomas stops the group.

"Can you hear that?" low voices can be heard up ahead. 

 Feldoran returns with five other dwarves in tow.

"I think I found your employees Raskin."

These remaining miners have refused to surrender the mine to a bunch of “filthy rats.” and have made a last stand in the caverns ahead, blocking off the passages where they are able.

 "That's the spirit lads. I'll see ya well rewarded for this I will."

 "We will clear out the vermin if we are able."

Thomas commands the party to share rations with the hungry miners. 

 "Don't suppose you fellas have a map of this place?"

They promptly supply a dirty piece of parchment with a crude map scrawled on it.

 "is there anything you can tell us about these creatures?"

They learn that it takes magic or silver to harm the creatures.
