"Only if they mean to cause trouble Eryn." replies Aedar. As he walks, Aedar keeps his eyes open looking for people wearing dragon amulets and the other strange copper ones.
Klaes takes his drink quickly, he gets up, tips his top hat to the dock workers. "It was a pleasure my friends, but unfortunately we are needed elsewhere. Have a great day gents." He follows Aedar out of the bar.

At Klaes' comment about having a great day, the older dockworker looks outside at the dark night and just shakes his head sadly. It takes the party about 10 minutes to make their way to Candle Lane which like many of the side streets in the Dockward resemble tunnels in a dungeon; so tightly packed are the overhanging upper stories of the buildings that line the street. Like many of these narrow lanes it is also bathed in a miasma of faeces, animal waste and other less identifiable odours.
Nearly all the streetlamps have been smashed. The only light that pierces the darkness is a faint flickering from down the lane, like a distant candle. As the party makes their way down the lane they can see that the lamp is directly across from a warehouse which has the symbol of a black winged snake, or possibly a wyvern, painted above the door’s handle.
Aedar points at the symbol painted on the door's handle and whispers to the group "That symbol again. Volo's friend may be in deep trouble, agents of the Black Network usually use that symbol." He, then unsheathing his sword, carefully approaches the door and quietly checks if it's open or not.
Klaes takes out his rapier. "Be sharp my friends."

The party (12) quietly approaches the door and Aedar reaches out to see if its open. However while he can turn the handle a bit, the door won't open; it appears locked.
"Locked." whispers Aedar as he attempts and fails to open the door. "Is any of you able to pick a lock or should I try to force it open?" He looks around "The warehouse may not be empty and a stealthy approach may be for the best."
"Perhaps, we can check if there is a back door?" Suggests Klaes. (He can't lockpick. Unfortunately.)

My apologies all as my description was a bit missing - see map below.
You entered the yard and all standing around the door - which is locked - in the south east corner. Other possible places of entry are the large warehouse door - which it doesn't take much to work out is also locked and a painted over window in the wall forty feet away from where you're standing.
"How do you all feel about climbing? Maybe we can to find an access from the roof" whispers Aedar as he looks around for a suitable place to climb "We do not have too much time to lose as the trail is getting colder by the minute."
(I am taking that the painted over window is north of where we are correct?)
Klaes check if he is able to prop the window slightly. Perhaps, if the window is unlocked, he can prop just enough that a "tiny" creature can pass through...

“Is there perhaps any way I can fly through something and unlock it?” Ophelia asks. Then she flies up to the second floor to see any possible holes the party can fit through(or any ways to get in). She flies around the full house to see any other ways to get in.
I am taking that the painted over window is north of where we are correct?
Yes that is correct however the window is locked.
Ophelia flutters up a bit higher and can see she thinks - although it is difficult to tell in the darkness - that one of the upper storey windows might be open.
"Be careful Ophelia, we do not know if the warehouse is still occupied by those ruffians." whispers Aedar as the fairy flies up "Try to get back as soon as possible."

Ophelia flutters up to the opened window and tries to open it sufficiently to get inside (Stealth = 9). She manages to do so and disappears from the rest of the party's sight.
What does Ophelia see inside?
Ophelia finds herself in what looks like an office but it has not been used for sometime as its desks, chairs and vacant shelves are covered in a layer of dusk. It takes her only a minute to realise there is nothing else to see. She moves onto the next room and realises that it and two other rooms are the same. Quietly she moves from the last room onto what appears to be a balcony overlooking the main warehouse. From her vantage point in the northeast corner she looks down into the main part of the warehouse. In the middle of it she can see four shortish creatures wearing cloaks pulled up over their heads and with shortswords strapped to their belts.
Ophelia has been gone for five minutes - are the party doing anything?
Ophelia flies back to where the party is. “It appears that the upper floor has not been occupied in a while, and there is nothing much to see. However, in the main part of the warehouse there are about 4 shortish creatures. Though, they do appear to have weapons.” She says. “Shall I look further into the warehouse?” She asks.

"She has been inside for too long..." says Aedar while keeping watch "Maybe I should try to contact her, just to be sure." He waits a couple of minutes and as he starts to whispers the words of a simple incantation, Aedar sees Ophelia flying back. "Never mind" says interrupting the cantrip.
"Four shortish creatures armed with swords? We have to get inside, Volo's friend may be in danger." says after Ophelia informs the group of her findings. He takes a few steps towards the door "I'll try to force open the door, as quietly as possible." Aedar then pushes the door with all his strength hoping to dislodge it. (Athletics6)

From where the party is standing in the yard they can't spot any likely points of access in the second floor.
