Tree goblin3, seeing his comrades sleeping on the job will move to tree goblin1 and slap him awake, saying " get up you slacking dog, we gots loot to earn! Revenge to take!" Then move the rest of his movement to get behind tree Goblin4.
Tree Goblin1 will use 1/2 movement to get up, he will disengage and move to tree Gob4 and slap him awake saying " Arrr, get up slob, thars killin to be done"
Tree Goblin4 will wake up saying " that was a great dream, now is time to make human/dwarf ice cream..." he will move over to tree goblin5 and give him a swift kick in the rear to wake him as well.
Tree Goblin 5 gets up and will ready his attack for the first one to come into melee range.
This is the first time you can see their strange tree armor in all its inglory. The shoulder armor separates from the side of the chest, the lower body is a wooden skirt attached to what looks like leather beneath all complete with a tree like helmet
William looks around and sees the new group of Goblins indiscriminately killing cows and sheep. "Gotta cut the head off the snake!", he thinks. William focuses his attention on the place where the boss is hiding. As he concentrates he feels something pulling in the back of his mind. Those white clouds he saw when he "zoned out" earlier appear before his mind's eye. Inspiration for a new song forms in his mind. "A dream dance on clouds" They darken and change shape. Thunder strikes between them and a sudden loud ringing noise, painfully intense, erupts from the place where William thinks the boss is hiding. Williams unconsciously clamps his flute as he casts Shatter
Everything (creatures, trees and other objects) in a 10 ft radius around the boss takes 11 (rolled in game log) thunder dmg. A 14 CON save can half that.
William proceeds to move to S26-ish and keeps a Reaction ready: Cutting Words, when he is attacked he will expend 1 of his uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die (d6, I rolled a 4 in the game log so the attack can happen when I'm offline) and subtracting the number rolled from the attack roll.

( designate the block you want to center your lightning strike. The dots for Dungho and the boss are the last place you think they were, not necessarily where they are hidden. Let's see if you get a lucky strike)
((Ok. I think you forgot to roll for Dungho's stealth, but you did said he'd hide (post 1779). So I think you still want roll for his stealth? If it's a 13 or lower William can see him with his passive perception and will try to get him in the blast zone: centering the attack on the square NE of him. If It's a 14 or higher or you rule that William can't see him anyway: William wastes a level 2 spell slot by centering the attack on O-17))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
( sorry, for pause in our programming, now that we have heard from our spunsir, we can continue.)
William deftly runs up to the tree blockade and takes a peek to see what he can see. There is no sign of The goblins at first. As he begins to sing a new song to randomly strike the area, he catches a glimpse of a goblin’s foot, just barely visible in the brush and fallen trees. ( L19)
William’s spell shatters the fallen trees surrounding Dungho exposing his hiding spot and sending a jolt of pain through him.
Sasha gets up from hiding, holding her new gift, now looking like a fey wand again, Sasha looking a bit more confident holding it. She turns it on the closest goblin she can see (Goblin 5 that is not a tree goblin) and places a hex (Hex, dex) on it before blasting it with a beam of green eldritch force.
“You will get nothing but the bite of my steel!” Aaron taunts, rushing over to x30 near goblin 2, and swinging recklessly with unbridled fury against it.
Attack 1: 13 Damage: 9
Attack 2: 22 Damage 8
If the goblin drops from the first hit, he will move east to goblin 3 to share the love of his fury.

ah okay - I'll move to U33 then and strike 1 with both strikes unless it dies from the first, then 3.
Aaron swings at tree goblin 1 and the goblin blocks the attack with his tree shield, but the 2nd swing slips underneath severing his carotid artery and he goes down blood spurting from the wound.

Even though surrounded by the threat, Gerty can't help but chuckle watching these goblins in their strange tree armor waking each other up.

Dungho stealth 11
You would still need to move up to look over the tree blocking the path, it is taller than the goblins
K, William would do so and use his remaining movement to go as far back as he can (I don't think S26 is an option anymore).

Dungho con save 14
Poor Dungho takes 11 dmg.
( it took William 20’ of movement to get to see Dungho, where do you want to go with your remaining movement.? Sasha’s turn)
