Kwami says, "I can see some of you are undecided. Very well, I will go on ahead and see to whom the voices belong. If you hear me screaming, don't follow." This last he says with a sardonic grin.
He slips on his backpack and walks to the road, and turns in the direction of the voices, heading towards them.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Quin moves forward quickly and places a hand on KWami's shoulder.
"Perhaps it's better if I go take a look once we get close. Let's just say looking in on people is kind of my bread and butter. Also I'm pretty good at talking my way out of situations if they are hostile and I do get caught. So give me your blessing and let me work. I'll come back and tell you what I found."
Once the.group gets closer about 15 mins away Quin motions for the rest to stop. "I'll be back in about an hour." He says before slipping into the shadows as he makes his way to the edge of the settlement.
OCC:
I'm going to assume Kwami will bless Quin and roll for the blessing with my stealth.
Kwami explains that his divine blessing only aids for about 60 seconds, and may not help him go undetected. "But I'll pray for you all the same..." he says.
As the group awaits Quin's return, he slinks forward slowly and carefully.
The voices begin to become more clear - singing.
About a half mile out, the half-elf can start to see colors through the trees. They stand out stark and bright against the grey morning.
At a few hundred yards, Quin can begin to make out a camp - and singing does indeed clearly come to his ears. Six wagons form a large circle, and within the circle people are going about their duties happily. They are all dressed in bright mix matched colors. Alongside one of the wagons is a line to a tree with several horses resting.
There does not appear to be any scouts for the group.

@Shobob It is difficult to say for sure, but the magic reeks of Death.
"Looks to be travellers of sometype possibly gypsies or some other nomadic group. They don't seem hostile or particularly regimented. No guards. I think we should send a couple emissaries to introduce the group. I would be willing to speak on our behalf. Who would like to accompany me?"
"I suggest you take a third member of the party with you, and have them hide at a distance and watch what takes place. That way, should you need to escape, they can provide cover fire for you," suggests Kwami.

OOC: I could swap in Guidance (or Resistance) instead of my ranged attack cantrip at the next opportunity if that sounds helpful to the group.

Yeah I meant at the next opportunity when I am allowed to swap, like after the next long rest.
