As Will and Titaani watch on, Matilda fumbles with her makeshift picks at the kitchen door, with no success.
Looking up, Will squints at the two "second-floor" protuberances extending out of the top of the massive log, separated by a tangled mess of dead branches. He points up to the one on the left and whispers, "That's th' mill. Might be a window? I forget. But I think there's a balcony on th' other side full of tin soldiers." He looks up at the one on the right. "I don't know what's up there. I could try to climb up and see if we can get in either way?"
Frustrated, Matilda steps back and looks around. She spots figures approaching from two directions. Chucklehead is walking northward through the gnarled roots in your direction. To the east, Horatio and Ben are approaching from that direction, along the bog's swampy edge.
Still 21" tall, Titaani finds she is unable to squeeze underneath it. However, there is a sizeable gap under the ill-fitting door, enough to see a little bit of the kitchen through.
"Hey!" calls out Chucklehead again. "Where you guys going?"
Ben and Horatio approach from the marsh, out of sight (for now) from Chucklehead and unaware of his approach.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Darn! I can't fit under the door!" Titaani whines. "Um...I think I'll try to buy you guys some time and distract that dude."
Ducking behind a tree for a moment, she casts disguise self on herself and reemerges in front of Chucklehead as a chubby, moustached male fairy wearing clerical clothes. (Stealth if needed to avoid being spotted changing forms by Chucklehead: 9)
"Excuse me sir, do you have a moment to talk about our lady and patroness, the great Archfey Titania?" She asks in a ridiculously low voice. "She can totally change your life!"

"What?" Chucklehead asks the mustachioed fairy, quite confused. "You're missionaries? ...Of the Summer Queen?" He rubs his toffee apple and winces. "No. No, no. Not here. Go bother somebody else." He waves miniature mustachioed Titaani away. Then he looks around. "Where'd the others go?"
But Will, meanwhile, has vanished.
And Matilda nimbly scrambles up the massive log and vanishes into the tangled branches. (Make a perception check to look for windows on the massive rooty protuberances on either side of her.)
Just then, Ben and Horatio stumble out of the bushes from the east.
"Yes! A missionary, that's what I am," Titaani continues, waltzing back into Chucklehead's line of sight. "Now, I insist you give the summer queen a chance before you call me a bother. You simply must listen to the benefits of following our great queen..."
Titaani continues to prattle on annoyingly, trying to keep his attention away from any of the other members of her party.
Horatio, seeing Chucklehead looking right at Ben and him, and apparently with someone else, lets out a wave. "H-hey t-there big g-guy...you wouldn't have happened to see some kids running around here would you?" He nervously begins to describe Will to Chucklehead. "We're supposed to be looking for them..."
Ben and Horatio bumble into this odd scene without any hope of stealth. Ben's keen eyes barely spot Matilda silently disappearing into the branches above and his keen ears pick up Chucklehead's and the chubby fairy's conversation. But he's confused by the appearance of this mustachioed fairy, and what exactly is going on here.
"No, no no," replies Chucklehead, with irritated exasperation. "Not here, no." He turns to Horatio and addresses all three of you. "No. No Summer Queen, no running kids. You guys gotta go."
Hidden in the branches above, Matilda spots two small windows facing her – one on either side of her, about 50 feet separated. Matilda is situated about halfway between.
“Okay, okay,” says Ben, “We’re going.” He grabs Horatio’s arm and heads back the way they came a few dozen feet, then turns and waits for Chucklehead to leave.

Titaani pulls a face. "Fine, then! Good day to you, sir!" She storms off back to Ben and Horatio, and as soon as she is out of Chucklehead's line of sight, she drops her illusion and begins to laugh uncontrollably. "Oh my word, he totally fell for it!"

Matilda carefully clambers through the mess of branches to the small window set into the side of the huge log. Through the grimy window, she can see a small storeroom full of crates and fabric and other items. A little light trickles in from somewhere to the right. She can also see that the window is latched shut from the inside with a simple hook and eye.
"D'ya think I should knock?" asks Will, who appears suddenly behind her.
----
Ben and Horatio retreat past the redcap patch and well down the edge of the bog before they are finally out of view from Chucklehead's glare. Titaani-fairy joins them shortly afterward.
(How long do you want to wait before checking on Chucklehead? Then, make a stealth check to sneak back far enough to see where Chucklehead is.)
