“A clothesline? I suppose I could give that a try,” Titaani wonders out loud. “Wait, what does widdershins mean?”

"You know, like..." she spins her finger around in the air in a circle, rapidly. "...folks running around her. She hates that, I guess."

"Guards up there" she points to the northwest side of the fog-bound structure, "and down there." She points to the southwest. "They probably won't bother you if you're just walking around the outside. But if they see me, they'll arrest me. And I think the clothesline ends at the upstairs window, so you'd have to get up there somehow. And it's way too flimsy for all of you. But maybe this one. What's your name?" She looks at Titaani. 

You hear some musical tones to the southwest, like somebody tuning a stringed instrument.

“I’m Titaani Anabella Leelathae,” Titaani cheerfully replies, taking Morgot’s hand and shaking it. “But you can call me Titaani. Say, where’s that music coming from?”

Staring up at the dank structure, Horatio looks back at the others, resting his eyes on Ben. "Fire. I seem to recall that my flaming shackles made her wince, though she overcame them before they could take hold. We don't need to burn the place down, but perhaps if we douse her with oil then light her up it'll be enough. Then we surround her, staying far enough back to keep out of her strangely long reach and hopefully burning backside, and circle her while taking turns attacking. If that sort of thing disorients her, with the added pain of the fire, it might be the advantage you seek." 

Pud sits back listening to the group, feeling a lack of confidence to speak up since he's never dealt with this hag before.

He looks back at the "fog bound structure" that Morgot points to.

"There's a palace up in that cloud thing?!?" He looks back to the group. "Did you guys fight this hag up there?" 

Morgort tried to quiet Pud. "Shhhh! Sound travels. Lorna's not in the Sinking Palace. She's in her cottage over the middle of the lake," she hisses. She points southwest, as if past the hulking structure, in that direction, then turns back to Titaani. "Musicians in the lower palace. Maybe the King is expected. I dunno..."

She nods at Horatio. "Fire is good. Dunno how Bavlorna is with it. Wigglewog and I had some magic coals we used to try to burn down her balloon factory. That's how I got in trouble. Oh, poor Wigglewog..." She chokes up a little.

" I don't think theres much point going to the palace we should head straight for Bavlornas place....anyone remember how we got there last time....there were the severed heads...I remember those.", she shuddered.

Ben:

”Agreed,” says Ben, suggesting, “I remember last time we were there Bavlorna had tasks for us.   One was to fix her pool drainage, which we did, and another was to fetch a crate of something—animal pelts maybe?  Perhaps we try and use a crate of something as a ruse to get back in?”

" I can probably climb up the outside again....maybe drop a rope down...but those little spy things are all over the place..."

"What kinda spy things? And If you wanna sneak some place, I can make you invisible if you want. And I cooked up an elixir of flight, too. You can fly on in and no one would ever see you. Then you can go all stabby stabby like you do."

" They're like.....really quick......a little froggy...", she flicked her eyes to Morgort for a second.

" Super-fast."

"Her Lornlings, yeah," replies Morgort. "She always seems to have a few of them around. Little duplicates of herself, I guess. Very quick, they are, and they have little knives."

A stringed musical trio strikes up a lively, if less than skillful, tune nearby in the thick fog, from the south, left of the large structure.

"We could steal a boat, too, I suppose," considers Morgort. "Or can any of you fly? Maybe we could fly in on a balloon? I know one we could seize... Otherwise, we swim. I could use a good swim. And little Titaani here could sneak around the other side of the palace and shimmy up the clothesline."

“That sounds like a plan,” Titaani replies to Morgort. “I’ll get Tiny to swim with you guys. He doesn’t mind the water and if someone attacks you, he’ll be there to help.”

" Well, lets go then.", Matilda said with false bravado.

Ben:

”I can’t fly, but my horse can swim and help support us to get to the island,” offers Ben.

"uh..okay. Titaani, you gonna be okay by yourself? Maybe Tiny should stay with you. Or I can have Rizzo fly with you and scout up ahead for ya? She's good at that stuff."

With a wary look to the west, Mortgort heads to the eastern shore of the muddy island, casting a distasteful glance up at the stormcloud hovering over Charm's enterprise. She submerges herself into the mucky water without hesitation. "The water feels awfully good," she exclaims to no one in particular.

(Is Titaani heading west to circumnavigate the "Sinking Palace" and find the clothesline? Is she following the building clockwise or counterclockwise? Is she stealthing? If so, roll Stealth.)

“I’d love to take Rizzo! But Tiny stays with you guys,” Titaani says to Pud. “If something goes wrong, I want Tiny to be able to let me know so I can skedaddle back to the group. Hmm, weird word that, Skedaddle. Very fun to say…”

Titaani trails off, muttering skedaddle under her breath as she stealths around the building counterclockwise. Stealth: 10

Titaani vanishes into the mist to the northwest, Rizzo hovering overhead. (Pud: Any instructions for Rizzo before they depart?)

Tiny looks back anxiously at Titaani but follows the others into the murky swamp. "This way!" hisses Morgort as she swims effortlessly to the south. You continue to hear strains of warbling, upbeat music from the west.

(Is everyone wading into the murk? Anyone on Ben's horse?)

"Listen up, Riz. You're gunna go with Titaani. I need you to scout for her. Fly high up ahead. If you see any bad guys, fly down and chirp and do barrel rolls to let her know. If you follow her inside, keep quiet and stay outta her way. If she gets into trouble...come find me. I'm going over there to that Barflona's place."

Pud points in the direction where the group intends to go. He whistles and  Rizzo darts out and flutters and hovers around Titaani.

"Hey, Titaani. Take this too." Pud hands Titaani his alchemical elixir or healing.

As Titaani skedaddle's away, he casts message and sends Titaani a request "Hey, if anything happens to Rizzo...grab her pearl. Only if you can. If not, it's okay. The pearl is her heart and I can use it to make her again. Be safe, my friend."
