Cad holds his breath, hoping to see Ben or one of the frog-men carrying Matilda out, but none appear. He continues to hold an attack, but his hopes dwindle as the seconds tick past without his friends emerging.
Surrounded by flaming embers and in a smoking building, Ben is shocked when he sees Matilda run off to try and save a Bullywug instead of exiting the building like he commanded. He is stunned when she goes down in flames next to the creature she meant to save. But how could he run over there with all the foes between them—he only knew he must.
Suddenly, without explanation, he was there—right next to the Bullywug and Matilda. Not hesitating to cogitate on his good fortune, Ben drops his bucket and scoops both of them up, taking a flying leap off the deck into the water!
... And easily succeeds. Ben, Matilda, and the bullywug all wind up in the water.

Horatio, too, is seared by the fire (but still dripping with swamp water, is not aflame.) Smoke continues to fill the building as more small fires are kindled.
Horatio is up next! Then Cad and Ben may act again. Matilda: Make a death save. Titaani dreams of bathtub boats.

Adrenaline coursing through his veins, the limp bodies of the Bullywug and the child seem like feathers until contact with the water. Though the flames go out immediately, and Ben finds himself suddenly in the water with two unconscious beings and no clear way to help them both.
Reasoning that the Bullywug should be able to swim if it is healed, Ben tries to channel healing once again thanks to Sune’s blessing. With a bit more control over it this time, he doesn’t use it all at once. He releases the hopefully alive Bullywug and swims towards Cad and Titaani with Matilda in tow.

Horatio, seeing no one else in the hut as smoke begins to build up inside, runs to the remaining Bullywug surrounded by embers and grabs it, dragging it out the front door all the way to the water. (Oh how he will take attacks of opportunity!)
Horatio runs in and grabs the slumping, fiery bullywug, pulling him back out to safety.
Four of the coals seize the moment to hop on Horatio:

Ben revives the seared bullywug, who clings to the deck and shouts incoherently. He then joins Cad, with Matilda in tow.
Flames begin to sprout from the upper levels of the strange building.

Cadwallader:
Cad's relief at seeing Ben emerge with Matilda is short-lived as he sees she isn't moving. As Ben sloshes forward with her Cad reaches down and pulls her from the water. He rolls her on her side and thumps her back, hoping she will cough out any water she might have inhaled, wishing there was more he could do.
Putting his first aid skills to good use, Cad successfully stabilizes Matilda.
The two conscious bullywugs shout and fret, but don't dare reenter the building. One ineffectively throws a full bucket of water on the building, but it is clear that this building is done-for. It blossoms into a major structural fire. Through the brilliant flames, you can just make out the joyous dancing coals within. They do not exit the building.
The third bullywug struggles in the water next to Horatio. Death Save: 18

Horatio pats out the fire, his breath heavy from the smoke. He takes a moment, wincing from the pain, then focuses. He sees the Bullywug slouch noticeably, and he recalls seeing an old drunk beaten senseless on a winter afternoon by a tavernkeeper over an unpaid debt. That man slumped much the same way, and he didn't last the night. Pulling the Bullywug up onto the shore, Horatio does his best to try to staunch its wounds.
Giving up on the burning building, Ben starts checking on the wounded (Bullywug and party member alike) stabilizing any who are in danger of dying with Sune’s blessing first, then moving on to those stable but unconscious.
(1hp each Lay on Hands for each person as he goes—party members first once everyone is stabilized so they can react & RP).
Covered in soot from the smoke, mixed with the sticky stinky residue of swamp water, Horatio would look empathetically at the Bullywugs. "Do they work for Bavlorna? We've come a long way to put a stop to her, and we would welcome as many allies as we can get."
"Hush!" cry the bullywugs, flabbergasted by Horatio's comment, looking at each other.
"My name is Duke Ickrind," croaks the bullywug whom you first met at this former balloon factory. "I am overjoyed to make your acquaintance." He steps forward and bows deeply.
"We are all lowly subjects of Bavlorna here, and of his royal majesty, Gullop XIX." One of the newcomer bullywugs rolls his eyes at his companion.
"You would be well-advised to speak no ill of the lady Bavlorna. But even as we have lost the factory, we are appreciative of your efforts, and grateful for saving our lives," he continues, rather formally.
He presents to Ben a brass brooch shaped like a fly, with wings that flutter. "Wear this brooch when you present yourselves to King Gullop XIX. It will help you win the king’s trust." He points to the other side of the burning building, indicating the way to the king.
"Several days ago, two scoundrels set fire to this place, destroying most of our supplies as a consequence. We kept extinguishing it, but the flames kept returning. One of the culprits escaped in a balloon, but the other – Morgort, the former Knight of Warts – was captured before she could make her escape. She awaits trial."
"Please go see our esteemed king, and be sure to describe to them my - our - valiant fight to save the building, as doomed as it might be." You hear the roof collapse within the inferno blazing within the nearby building.

Ben manages to awaken everyone. Matilda and Titaani are weak but upright and conscious, as are the bullywugs.
The flames burn brighter and reach higher; you can no longer see the animated coals inside as the entire building erupts with fire.
The bullywugs mourn and bellyache. "Wigglewog and Morgort will pay for this!" one cries.
Horatio:
