"You'll have to speak with my sister if she has something that was once yours," Granny replies with obvious distaste at her sister's name.
"But I do like negotiating!" she continues with a sparking smile. "Bring back that impetuous little troublemaking rascal, first," she concludes with a snarl. Stepping through the door, she slams it behind her, leaving you alone in the parlor again.
Remembering the old innkeeper Balbus, who always spoke simply and directly with confidence, Horatio does his best imitation and asks, "Madam, in respect to your need to go I will be brief. We have heard that this little boy isn't actually Human. If we are to confront him, and succeed, we need to know what we're facing. Do you know, what he is? If Human after all, is he cursed by other beings, or haunted in some way? Also, if no armor, I lost my reflection somewhere. Since you seem to recognize me, and the fact I've felt it close by since coming into your realm, I assume you have it in your possession? I would return what is yours if you return what is mine. I could perhaps also retrieve taken children for the tin men."
Once Granny leaves (whether she answers any further questions or not), Ben picks up one of the chairs and puts it on top of the box with the dragonoid in it. Looking to the others, he says, “Looks like the workshop is through that door she just went through. Should we give her a minute before following?”

Titaani nods curtly in response to Ben, and with a sigh, turns to Tiny. "Listen, maybe you should stay here, Tiny," she says sadly. "You aren't very stealthy, I'm afraid..."
Tiny tilts his head and turns invisible in response (familiar ability).
Titaani squeals excitedly. "By the Archfey! When did you learn to do that? I'm so proud!"

Horatio tries to squeeze in a few more questions, but Granny doesn't take the bait – she is gone.
The armchairs are strangely heavy and seem firmly stuck to the floor, so Ben finds himself unable to move them. Looking around the room, there is other furniture he could try – side tables (with drawers), and cabinets with dishes along the walls (one adorned with a bronze candlestick shaped like a bird’s leg.)
Tiny vanishes from view.
You remain alone, although those with good ears can hear the distant sounds of screaming.
Giving up on trapping Granny’s spy, Ben moves to the door to the workshop. He tries the handle gently and opens the door a crack to see if the hag has departed from the room beyond yet.

Peering in, Ben can see a cluttered workshop, illuminated by flickering lanterns and filled with soft, ambient music produced by bells and chimes. Parts of toys are heaped on the tables—leering doll’s heads, half-built rocking horses, unpainted wooden balls, and the stuffed limbs of soft toys. A stove at the back of the room holds a saucepan of smelting metal. Three doors exit the workshop, and two storefront windows overlook the market outside. Three young children are gathered around a wooden worktable. The eldest, a drow boy, prances on the tabletop with a bar of soap in one hand, while a halfling girl and a human girl giggle at his audacity. There is no sign of Granny.

Ben:
Murmuring back to the others, Ben asks, "Does anyone see any long-lost siblings in here?" He opens the door wider and steps into the room, saying, "Hi there. How are you guys doing? Are you happy here or is your true home elsewhere?"

Horatio gives Ben and Matilda a scolding look, then says somewhat loudly, "Of course they are, why wouldn't they be?" He then looks in briefly, and shakes his head. "This is all wrong, shouldn't there be... more of them?"
Tiny and Titaani enter into the room. Tiny rushes towards the nearest door closest to where the screams are coming from. Oblivious, Titaani smiles, walking up to the table where the drow boy is dancing. "Hi! Sorry to bother you, you guys seem to be having fun. Thing is, my friend asked you a question. Do you like it here?"
(Can Ben reroll his persuasion if Titaani gives him help?)

The door creaks open wider, and Ben steps through. The three children look unfamiliar to all of you.
An older male drow boy (maybe 11 years old equivalent) stops dancing on the table to look, while the two younger kids (a human girl and a female lightfoot halfling, both maybe 8-9 years old) stare at you. The halfling looks with alarm at the two other doors in the room – a closed one on the far end, and an open one on your left, leading out into a bright and elaborate garden – and then back at you.

"Um...I don't know, we never really created a name to define our group, per say," Titaani says, scratching her head. "But we're here to help, I promise."

“My name is Ben. My companions and I are visiting from the mortal realm. Will told us Granny Nightshade was keeping prisoners here, including you guys in this workshop and a unicorn. We are trying to make sure we are doing the right thing here, because right now it seems that she is keeping you lot as servants, has a unicorn as a prisoner, and her evil presence is draining this realm and sickening Grandfather Oak. We don’t have a lot of time if you want to be free of this place,” says Ben, clearly but quickly.

The older boy looks torn; the girls look frightened and leery. The halfling girl whispers something worriedly to the human girl and then looks at the closed door at the far end of the room.
Through the open door to your left, you can distantly hear Granny calling to someone in her garden.
Matilda notices that one of the dolls’ heads on one of the heaped tables has turned to face her since she last looked.
"Where you wanna take us?" asks the boy, still standing atop the table.
"I want...um...my focus back," Titaani mumbles. "I think your sister Bavlorna might have it...somewhere in her realm..."
She relaXes a little as Tiny telepathically communicates granny's emotions. "However, I'm always open to negotiate if that payment doesn't suit you."
