Once out of the mirror chamber, and with everyone in the hall, Veil shuts the door. "Ok, someone please try and bring up a light now for those who cannot see in the dark." She instructs the others. "We are in a hall with several doors, but I do not see any mirrors in here."
Perner draws down radiance a couple times (sacred flame) for its minimal light as he fumbled to relight his torch

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

"Never mind on the torch." Veil says with a glance to the glowing sword. "The sword is glowing again now." She frowns at those still not able to see. "I suggest we wait here until our companions get their sight back. It would likely be very bad for them if we try to move forward before that is done." She looks to the group. "Can anyone remove blindness from a person, to maybe get things done a bit quicker?"
"I ent prepared for group adventuring, especially no' in a trapped place like this, I'll have adventurous spells tomorrow"

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bran cocks his head, listening to the tick and tock sounds and trying to determine the source of the sound. Perception: 22.
“Is there a device in this room, what is making that sound?” He pauses as he hears Perner’s wish for death trap and chuckles softly “Be careful what you wish for friend, you may just get it…”
//ooc: this has not been a long rest, but potential short rests - unless you all want to take a long rest...
As Bran strains to listen to the metronomic sound, all he can discern is that it sounds rich and somewhat wooden. It might sound like it is coming from one corner or one wall, but upon drawing closer to that location, it seems to be coming from another point in the room - from everywhere and nowhere at once.
Still, Bran quiets himself and listens . . .
Between the slow, tick - tock - tick, he slowly starts to hear something else. At first like water, no, more like sand running down a board... no more like sand and small marbles? This new sound does seem to have a source... but Bran cannot see to tell what it is
Bran tries to follow the sound around the room, no easy feat as he is still blind and it sounds like it is coming from everywhere at once. “Listen! Do you hear that?” he asks the others “It sounds like falling sand and pebbles, or marbles. Another trap? Look around, are there any holes or openings along the walls?”

Perner looks around for any holes along the walls. Bran's comment alerts Veil and Vinny as well. They look in the direction that Bran is focused on while Perner looks at the opposite wall. Bran continues to probe with his staff. Just as his staff makes a *crunch* sound, both VInny and Veil see the swarms of spiders flooding out from underneath the center door along the eastern wall.
"Just a bunch of spiders." Veil says with a shrug. She steps back and sends a blast of flames at the spiders. A rainbow of caotic power swirls around her as she casts, bending luck in her favor slightly as she sends out the blast of flames.
fire bolt Triggering Tides of Chaos to give advantage on the attack. To hit is a 25, damage is only 2 though.

Those of you able to see (in the dark or otherwise) notice:
Zera's sword begins to glow once the door is shut to the hall of mirrors.

“I can manage walking along ok, unless we have to fight something. I’m glad my sword is working again!” Zera blinks her eyes in frustration.
