<I saw two rolls, looked like one attack and one intimidate. I went with the intimidate ones so it looks like imtention was aligned>
"You want me to go get her? With that request I can gladly comply once you remove me from this cage." the dragon hisses.
Picollo uses rhe awning over the windows from the toy shop to make her way onto the top of the log that serves as Granny Nightshades home.
The cage is only real for a minute. Trisk informs everyone, "The cage will vanish in but a moment."
A branch 30ft wide at the trunk protrudes skyward, with smaller branches hanging off at odd angles. Picollo uses these to climb up and around that central towering branch. Sitting upon such a branch overhanging the goblin market, she can see through a window a room on above the one beside the workshop. Its a dormitory.
This dormitory nestles in the tree boughs and has round windows overlooking a wooden balcony. Lining the walls are ten child-sized bunks outfitted with patchwork quilts and straw-stuffed pillows.
A young male dwarf lies in one of the bunks, coughing and drenched in sweat, while an older lad mops his brow with water from a bucket. Two doors exit the room: one leads to a balcony, the other deeper into the tree.
Piccolo grows impatient of waiting for the grumpy old lady. She dashes to the dormitory, climbs up to the room and enters. She bows and smiles to the older man. Then without asking she examines the male dwarf (Medicine: 14)
Switching to draconic sam opens his mouth “what is your name wyrm and why do you show loyalty to this person who treats you like a pet”
He's 12.
Pud hisses for the characters to be quiet, nodding toward the soldiers on the balcony. If the characters comply, Pud quietly describes Granny Nightshade’s routine and all of her minions. You learn that she us most likely in the kitchen and makes occasional visits to the study.
You've already met the boggles (there are 6), Cradlefall and the tin soldiers (there were 10, now 4).
"Whenever her windup key runs down, Granny's anger boils over, causing a few murderous redcaps to sprout in garden north of the goblin market." relates the boy
He goes on to twll that Brottor is poisoned; he fell gravely ill after eating nightshade from the garden. Pud has been assigned to care for him until the malady passes or Brottor dies.
"You may adress me as Cradlefall, humble serpent. You speak to a true dragon. Granny hatched me from an egg and caters to my every wish. She cares for me as I do for her. Not that your cold heart or reptilian brain would understand."
(Piccolo assesses the mans malody, and for good measure, will heal him with a healing kit as well, for (8hp+mans level) does she assess that he may be poisoned?)
He's 12 years old. He has no level. Pud will tell you he's poisoned. Looks about right. Without curing the poison, you asses the dwarf will fall into a coma within hours.
Piccolo takes out her tiny flute and starts playing a melody. (Casts greater restoration (at 4th level).
Trisk keeps a cautious distance as Piccolo does her healing things. He doesn't feel an illusion would be appropriate right now, so he will hold his spellcasting temporarily.
"I like how willing you are to share what you know and what you understand."
(OOC: who is Trisk talking to? Piccolo went to the other building to help the sick guy.)
(ooc: my bad, I thought we had all followed you and starting talking to the poisoned guy (that's who it was meant for))
Trisk helps search and explore the building he's in.
(No worries at all, in case you didn't notice, the little one may have ADHD?)
With the spell cast, the boy in bed stirs uncomfortably as the poison in his body is magically cleansed by pocollo's divine healing. Brottor looking on understands what he's seen and thanks the girl. "I'll stay with him. I won't say anything to anyone. You have my word."
<Not sure who else climbed out the window onto tje roof and in through another window. I thought it was just Picollo, but whatever.>
A search of the room reveals:
A silver bookmark shaped like a feather (5 gp)
A gold signet ring depicting a weeping willow (25 gp)
A cracked bloodstone (25 gp) stuffed inside a pillowcase
Two doors exit the room: one leads to a balcony, the other deeper into the tree
Brottor pointed out the guards in the balcony. It's just two of the tin soldiers.
piccolo takes out three things from her bag and takes the new items. Then, Piccolo dashes back to her prior hiding place,.
Drain:
Drain is staying with Sam as he talks with the Dragon. He still has see invisibility up and will be checking around. Not speaking Draconic he won't know what is being said.

From the rooftop Piccolo plays a quiet melody
Drain, Trisk, Sam, and Uriel all get a picture in their heads of the tiny girl casting spell and healing the sick boy of poison. Then they see an image of 3 items. Then she moves to a new location and hides again in a bush or tree nearby: (Stealth:20)
