<I thought I said she left, but for narrative purposes, even if i did, feel free to ignore it so you can save her>
Gibbering mouther 1 attacks Navarra immediately upon failure of the death save (not sure exactly when the death proof ability triggers. Probably before the mouther goes)
(Navarra never failed a death saving throw, the natural 20 would stabilize her by granting 1 HP. Does the mouther's attack still count? Her death proof ability triggers after being attacked by the mouther. Other actions remain unchanged.)
Mouther appears and attacks on the failed Dex save vs. Bile. My question was whether the PC was conscious for subsequent saves. My assumption was "yes".
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The creature distorts the area around Angus and Akame, turning the floor into a field of snapping jaws 20ft across.
Warp Space (Costs 2 Actions). The emissary causes the ground in a 20-foot square that it can see within 90 feet of it to turn into teeth and maws until the start of its next turn. The area becomes difficult terrain for the duration. Any creature takes 10 (3d6) piercing damage for each 5 feet it moves on this terrain.
A givbering mouther appears beside Angus and does the same as it did to Navarra
Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: 16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 17+7=24 piercing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is killed by this damage, it is absorbed into the mouther.
Blinding Spittle (Recharge 5–6). The mouther spits a chemical glob at a point it can see within 15 feet of it. The glob explodes in a blinding flash of light on impact. Each creature within 5 feet of the flash must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the end of the mouther’s next turn.

(Navarra lost consciousness after failing the dexterity saving throw. So 'no', she wasn't conscious till her own turn. Edit: I'll leave it to the DM to decide if the mouther attacks an unconscious creature.)
I mean, it's trying to eat you, I doubt it's concerned with the fact that your not moving.
If not for unnecessary complexity I'd say we could redirect the blinding Spittle, but as she is already unconscious, I think we can just waive the effect.
<No I'm asking if I missed that. Although it can probably target it, spewing bike through the perforated roof like a geyser to a point 120ft away, I'm juat losing track of whose in and whose out of the building.>
As you watch Ussa's house dissolving into an alien body horror nightmare, the enormous and unfathomable entity towering before you speaks directly into your minds. "This time, rhe gate.. will remain open. Our worlds will merge and your home will be be ours, rise with flesh, rule with souls, ripe with minds, we will not be denied again." The geyser of ichor spouting from thr creatures ephemeral orifices suddenly surges to a torrent, raining down on Mulmaster. Gubbering mouhters fill the streets and the city becomes a mass of flesh and teeth. The huge creature crashed through the remnants of Ussas house and begins to stretch along rhe walls of the Tower of Arcane Might (its like 2 blocks from where you were). Approaching its Zenith, the tower vehi s to collapse, it's spire toppling onto the Tenple of Mystra below.

The bustle of the streets wakes you. Vendors selling their wares to passersby on the slowly filling streets of the prosperous neighborhood of Eastern Meadows.
Ussa's home is intact and all of your comrades are present, save Tetrevess. The kitten who followed you, or more accurately, followed the chest of notes and relics, is nowhere to be found. Likewise, the chest, with its contents of journals and statues seems to have vanished without a trace.
Angus sits up with a start, drenched in cold sweat. "I've just had the most terrifying dream! A hideous creature was destroying our fellowship, and then all of Mulmaster!"
Akame's face is grim. "Dream? A dream we all share? A dream in which we are told about a portal about which we did not know? A portal which will stay open this time? No. That's not how dreams work. It was a vision, not a dream. A warning." He sighs wearily. "I don't have time for this, but..."
Morwena, whi has been silent the while time, looking contemplatively out the window as the others move about, answers. "No, not a dream. A warning, perhaps. But not the intent. Whatever that thing was, it was, truly. It was here. Those symbols: the ones on the cradle that held the orb of destruction. I believe I know what they are. Forbidden by Mystra, the lost school of magic known fleetingly to a scant number of wizards in ancient Netheril and widely among the Sarrukh long before them: Chronamancy. I don't know who or how, but I believe someone will find ... has found a way to save us from the fate we met last night, to save Mulmaster from what we failed to keep sealed, from the fruits of the Ambassador's zealous hunt for knowledge and Szazz Tam's avaricious lust for power.
In the absence of those artifacts, the embassy will likely retain its power in Mulmaster. The Necromancer whonfreed that creature will surely be the ambassadors replacement, at least that us hus assumption. The Zulkir if Necromancynmay not yet prove less predictabke, though. One never csn tell what visions stir in the Dreams of Red Wizards, after all."
"Netheril! I am somewhat familiar with ancient Netheril, but not so much with Sarrukh."
Chadderlay strides over to join his aunt Morwena at the window, looking out over the city of Mulmaster as it awakens to a new day, blissfully unaware of the apocalyptic doom that they just avoided.
"Chronamancy. The power that lies within that magic will draw the interest of many others... I wonder if it can be harnessed to fight against Necromancy?"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Angus takes Morwena aside, and tells her, "I had another vision as well, one which I did not share with the rest of you. It was of Myth Drannor but far in the past. It looked as if a coven of elven wizards had opened a rift to another plane, somewhat similar to the rifts here in Mulmaster. I do not know the meaning of this, but perhaps there is some knowledge to be gained in the records of that place, or what remains of them."

(DM so have we come out of a long rest or do we still have hit points and stuff from the fight)
Never was a fight, mechanically you are fresh off a long rest and still on what I think of as downtime. You're next objective is half a world away, and while I guess you might be able to teleport somewhere closer, I don't think you know anything that's right there, also, this bit is meta. I advise you to use this opportunity to do something that you kind of direct that results in leveling up. You're all 12 now, but by the time you start in there, I'd like you to hit APL13. Tetrevess is already doing something, but can also join someone else as he will arrive in Mulmaster by tomorrow. Solos and pairs are the intended grouping for this leg. I hope I'm explaining adequately. I have the next thing in the story, my story, our story, but this chapter is really your story, a chsnce to flesh out your character, not back story, front story. If you have a 'quest' idea, great, otherwise just tell me you're looking for something or headed to someplace and I'll do the rest. Could be on the way or not. Could be a point on the route or the trip across rhe moonsea. Could even be on another plane. Even if you're just stating in town, it will give me something to start with. I told Angus he had a vision. Maybe thst will stsrt him on something, or maybe not.
<'I want a (magicitem)' is quite sufficient, btw.>
Sam looks a mowen “do you have access to says prisoners of the blood pits magical items/belongings” remembering his equipment from his last adventure and armour
(OOC what level of rarity is appropriate for us to quest or craft for? legendary? very rare? rare?)
Angus Killburney turns to his companions and says, "My path leads me back to my roots in Myth Drannor. Something or Someone is calling me there, and I believe it has something to do with our quest to preserve the weave and prevent the horrible invasion we have all just witnessed in the future. Any or all are welcome to join me in my journey. If you go another way, I assume we will gather again at a future date to plan our next steps in heading off the calamity that soon approaches."

Akame ran away. He's 60-90 feet away, depending on the direction of his teleport. Are you saying it can still see him and target him with that?
