when his turn, and still wincing from the sting of the poison dagger, Sparhawk will move into the hallway and do a lay on hands healing (10) damage. He will start moving toward the secret door entrance, drawing a lance for a ranged attack. He keeps his eyes on the doorway he just left in case any of the scum emerges from the room.
[If they're fleeing, it should be easy to cut them off at the secret exit.]
Bjorn grins mischievously as the fog fills the hall. He casts Minor Illusion, creating the ongoing sound of Sparhawk thumping his armored chest and calling out threats in the hallway, hoping this noise will mislead the ruffians and cover up the sound of the group moving. "Time to take out the trash. You lot remember where that is yes?" Then he carefully creeps towards the front door, going as quietly as he can.
Stealth: 11 (if it's with advantage, here's the second roll: 19 )
Bjorn is able to make it to the door unseen or heard using the cover of the fog and the racket of the illusion of Sparhawk.

We will see what happens with Frangipanis poison spray. You might need to make a saving throw vs poison before you can move, if all is good your post will be as written
Unless Dwar disagrees, Since Sparhawk failed his poison save, he goes to 0hp. He will use Relentless endurance to go to 1hp, (which I believe is a bonus action). He will then use lay on hands to heal 10 and spring back up.
Sparhawks vision fades and like a dream he feels his body float to the floor. He hears the whispers of his God and his brutish orcish heritage kicks in. His eyes flash open and he is filled with healing light and stands up, alert and ready for action. The fog surrounding him reflecting back the light.
"If a rug can't kill me, a little poisoned dagger and some green slime won't do it either. You'll have to try harder than that!" he yells at the sky at some god or unknown enemy of his, still a bit sloshy in his head and slurred in his words. He regains his composure and moves toward the door, hoping to get a lucky shot with a javelin at one of the spies.

Sorsha quickly moves up to the doorway, briefly taking Sparhwaks former position, using her tentacle-shaped wand to unleash a tempestuous wave of thunderous force, sweeping through the foggy kitchen.
(Thunderwave, 15-foot cube, hoping to also reach the door to the basement where the enemies may have moved. 11 thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet away. Con save 13 for half as much damage and isn't pushed. In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the spell's effect, and the spell emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.)
If the wave of thunder clears the fog enough for Sorsha to spot an enemy, she swiftly commands her spectral tentacle to attack that enemy. Tentacle: 7 Cold: 8 , -10' movement next action.
She then ues the remainder of her movement to follow the others out on the porch.
Sorsha moves into the doorway and sends a wave of thunderous destruction into the kitchen through the fog. The booming thunder and sound of dishes smashing fills the air as the spell sends everything flying into the wall. Sorsha can hear an “ aaack!” That came from near the doorway into the basement entrance. The fog begins to dissipate and the writhing tentacle becomes visible and then the full view of the destruction in the kitchen becomes clear. Near the doorway into the basement entry room, you see the smashed body of the crossbow bandit, pieces of cabinet and broken dishes covering his head. The table and chair were obliterated against the far wall, with many of the wall boards broken and split. The magic painting is on the ground, it’s frame broken and seems to be salt water leaking from its remains.
(As there were no standing enemies left in the kitchen Sorsha would like to command the spectral tentacle to slide with her outside :-)
( that tentacle is kind of gross and kind of cool..lol)
you all seem to have gotten to the porch before the bandits and are closely watching the trap door for movement. The sun is beginning to set and the shadows deepen on the streets. There seems to be a lot of folks standing about across the street and on the corner. You can hear murmurs, see people pointing at the house. A couple of fellas seem to be indicating with their hands what kind of activity they imagine accompanied that thunderous sound and crashing noise from the normally quiet home. And then loud gasps as Sasha’s tentacle slides out the doorway onto the porch, twisting and writhing in a menacing fashion. A lady screams and there is shouts for the town guard…
Sparhawk is intently starring at the trap door, willing it to open with his mind…a crack appears under the faux bottle stack and the door creeps open a hair at first, then a little more. A greenish grey hand appears and then a head appears in the opening of the trap door, rising slowly, cautiously..not seeming to realize your all there waiting

"I'll take full responsiblilty for wrecking his kitchen." Sorsha snaps at Frangipani before hurrying to take position on the porch. As she sees someone emerge from the tunnel she lets the tentacle move to loom over it and speaks in a calm but grim voice. "We have you surrounded, you have no chance of fighting your way out of this, surrender now and live a while longer."
Intimidation: 18 Another roll if advantage due to help action or other circumstances such as their hopeless situation: 18

Oops...
Edit: That was a 6.
Sparhawk gets a splash of a wet green substance and needs to make a saving throw against poison
Sparhawk feels the wet green substance spray past him. He figures it will do more to his enemies than to him. (Constitution save: 6

(We are back to Eberks turn)
( so far we have Bjorn, Sparhawk and now Sorsha at the doorway keeping an eye on the secret opening)
(As there were no standing enemies left in the kitchen Sorsha would like to command the spectral tentacle to slide with her outside :-)
" If the wizard is alive he's not gonna be happy....", Frangipani said looking at the state of the kitchen.
Eberk runs and joins the others at the front door.
