Bjorn manages to zip up the side of the cliff will relative ease, in the process dislodges a few small rocks and debris. One of the rocks from Eberks rockslide hits him in the shoulder causing him to grunt a bit, but no real damage
(I actually think that the northwest hill would be a better position. If we get up onto the hill before rounding the corner, we shouldn't have to worry about being spotted unless we are really loud. They should be distracted with whatever they are trying to do with their luggage. The bushes at the edge of the hill would give us some nice cover, and that ledge could give us an easier way down then the sheer drop on the cliff on the other side.)
Vars will attempt to lead the way up the slope (whichever one we choose), he has his bow in hand, and three arrows held between his fingers, ready for speed nocking.
Stealth: 14
Perception: 18
(Give an athletic roll as well)
Vars scales the cliff in relative silence, remaining unseen and quiet.
Sparhawk follows, being as quiet as he can. Stealth: 6, Athletics: 11
Sparhawk’s beautiful armor becomes a bit of a liability as he barely manages to scale the cliff. As Eberks rain of rocks and dirt pummels him on the way up, giving off lots of metallic pings. It’s a good chance your presence has been discovered
(Ruhm will position himself at P3, although invisible, making a distracting noise to make the bandits turn that way as the crew gets into position, hopefully giving advantage on stealth rolls.)
Do a performance check for Ruhm. Going to be a long shot with those poor stealth rolls.
Sparhawk continues to the top, trying to get ready for the enemy to head over. More of an opportunity to throw rocks on them, or a javelin. "What happens if they simply head out of range?" he asks quitely.

(Assuming we get up on that hill at all, Sorsha would motion for Sparhawk to take position at B19 since there seems to be a way up on the hill west of A16 where the bandits could come charging up I guess, and we would want Sparhawk at the front line at all times.)
Ruhm Performance check: 21 (And another +2 if it would be a deception roll.)
(The distraction would be used to give advantage to the stealth rolls and would not be harder to pull off because of poor stealth rolls right?)
( not necessarily advantage depending on where exactly you are moving at, line of sight etc. it is more of if he is successful in drawing their eye that way and causing them to divert to him vs going directly to you. With that roll he is successful in gain the attention of one or more of the gang depending on their rolls)
Bernard. 12 Minotaur. 20 Goblin 1 14.
Ruhm does his best impression of a bear roar and starts shaking the bushes over the cliff drawing the eye and attention of Bernard, the Minotaur and the the goblin who was standing guard at the intersection.
(I'm confused as to where we are on the map, but I know we were trying to gain higher ground. Sparhawk was following Vars and Sorsha up, so I don't think we are at b19, that looks to be lower. Also, once we establish where we are, distance to targets would be helpful). In either case, Sparhawk will take a defensive position to make sure no one else can get up to the top of the cliff, while we take some missile pot shots at them.)

(That is why it’s essential for the actual coordinates. Literally everything is dependent on it)
Cool, so we are all on the mesa (high ground) at the b26 area, at long range getting ready to shot some long bows. Does everyone agree? (scale and distance would be helpful as well so we can figure out how many shots we have until they are in range for shorter weapons.)
(5’ per square. Once on the map, your movement distance counts and you are entering from the bottom of the map. Movement on your turn by the initiative order so time can be tabulated at this point it may more than one turn to get where you want.)
So, entering from the south, seems like running to X23 and then climbing up would be good. Pop off some shots from X20, and fall back to Y20 or so if I start taking shots back.
If the loot is on the move, I think I want to shoot whoever's carrying it, be they man or horse.

the Minotaur continues his task of load travois tied to horses with the loot from the wagon, although at a quicker pace.
