I'm not as badly in need of rest as others of you are. If we want to rest through the night, I can take the middle watch so those that need sleep more don't have to have their rest interrupted in the middle of the night to take their watch.
"I think its settled then. Let us make our way back to the room and setup camp for the night, hmmm or day...blasted caves." Bayrith looks over to Rosado as he begins ta walk with him back to the room with the Runes. "How your people live underground all the time is beyond me."
Sorry for the delay. Had to go out of town for a while and I wasn't able to bring my laptop. Anyways, yeah you guys take a rest and nothing much happens during it. You are now fully rested and have regained your abilities.
Bayrith finishes up with his spellbook and then notices everyone already heading down the hallway. He quickly gathers his things in a rush and goes running down the hall after them stuffing papers and odds and ends in his pockets as he goes.
Rosado whispers loudly "Bayrith ye son of a biscuit eater! Be quiet". He puts his ear on the door. "Ye know, me can hear some wailing behind that doors"
As you open the door, a stench of decay hits your nose. The door opens to a large room, about 50ft. in length and 20ft. in width long from your perspective. In the very center, you can see a shallow set of steps that leads to a raised platform that holds a decadent sarcophagus with golden engravings. Set upon the wall behind the sarcophagus is a marble skull. The skull's sockets and open mouth spews forth a green fog that dissipates after it flows a few inches away from the skull. You can see some shapes on top of the sarcophagus but at the angle you are looking at it, you can't make out what they are. The floor of the entire place looks to be made of marble and the walls are made of limestone bricks. There also seems to be some sort of unseen source of light that bathes the entire room in light.

Laissez les bons temps rouler
"I will take one of the middle shifts." Bayrith sets his pack and belongings neatly aside before laying out a mat to sleep on.
Sorry for the delay. Had to go out of town for a while and I wasn't able to bring my laptop. Anyways, yeah you guys take a rest and nothing much happens during it. You are now fully rested and have regained your abilities.
As Rosado collects his gear "Aye lads! Let's move"
"right behind you"
Laissez les bons temps rouler
Narstin stands and stretches. "Guess it's time to go see what exactly is through that door."
Rosado grabs his shield with left hand and checks if his sword is easy to take out. Then he moves to close to the doors and inspects them.
"Avast Lads! Ye should step back a litle, we not want to be blown down by some bloody trap"
Perception 19 for traps in the doors
Bayrith finishes up with his spellbook and then notices everyone already heading down the hallway. He quickly gathers his things in a rush and goes running down the hall after them stuffing papers and odds and ends in his pockets as he goes.
OOC: so he's somewhere in the back of the pack.
Rosado, you don't note any traps or mechanisms on the door. You do however hear a faint wailing sound behind the doors.
Rosado whispers loudly "Bayrith ye son of a biscuit eater! Be quiet". He puts his ear on the door. "Ye know, me can hear some wailing behind that doors"
Narstin shrugs. Might as well go see what it is.
Bayrith quietly finishes putting his things away before nodding towards the rest of the group apologetically.
"Yes, let's find out, once and for all, what's causing this ailment."
Rosado grabs his sword and opens the door.

"Aye, we are still alive. That is something"
Rosado slowly moves into the room. He checks floor slowly for traps
Perception 3
"Ive still got a bad feeling about this"
Laissez les bons temps rouler
Bayrith begins to move forward to get a better look at the room.
