The Gorons all look at eachother, as if communcating telepathically with one another on what to say and what not to say. 

The Head Goron, the one who has taken charge of the communcation between your Party and the Gorons scratches under his chin. "The Heat got most of em, what didnt get cooked got smashed by us. Is why were out 'ere. Lookin for any who scurried off, a few broke through and went into the Mines. Dagoro is plannin on chasin em.......I'll bring ya to em." 

He turns to the other five Gorons. "Right, ye know what to do. Search em out and smash em, dont let none get away ya hear?" The Gorons all nod and without a word more, turn to continue walking the perimiter of the Mountain, To find and kill what remains of the Enemies forces. 

"Right, Follow me and watch yer footin. Lotta shale on the path up to the Mine." The Head Goron turns and begins to walk up a steep slope, his heavy footfalls crushing rocks with every step. 

One by one you follow after him in a line but keeping fairly close to one another, so you could attempt to grab someone in case they happen to lose their footing. The Initial Hill is fairly steep but thanks to the rings given by the Goron, you are no longer panting in the super heated air around the Volcano. Once you break over the Hill, you are met with a sight that makes you all groan. You are faced with yet another, far steeper Hill that leads up the face of the Mountain. The Goron, digs his feet and hands into the hill to climb it while looking back at you. "Keep yer grip, ya wouldnt wanna fall now." 

Give me an Athletics check, everyone except Quiggley.

"Hey folks, so here is the deal. I know you all think I am like super strong and athletic, which I get, I mean look at these muscles." Paca flexes and you do see some defined muscles that you hadn't really noticed before. "The thing is though, when I work out I really only work out my glamour muscles so the ones that are actually useful for feats of strength really aren't prepared for such a task as this. Basically what I am saying is, I am probably going to fall to my death. Be ready to grab onto me."  

Athletics: 13

Praxius nods appreciatively at Paca's display of muscles.

"Mighty impressive", he says seriously.

As he looks up the steep slope, he frowns. "I will do my best, try not to take me with you", he says with a chuckle.

Athletics: 4+8=12

Theo sweats as he climb up the mountain, even with his new ring. “Yeah, I might need some help. I’ve never been the strongest type.”

Athletics: 6+4(guidance)=10

Quiggley will assist Theo by holding shirt at the shoulders while Quiggley flies. Seeing that's a horrible idea he castsGuidance on Theo.

"Say, Theo, how does your powder you use with your weapons handle heat like this?", Quiggley asks while sweating.

Theo’s eyes widen, and he reaches back for a pouch. Feeing around, he relaxes. “Don’t worry, I stashed it in the Bag of Holding before we got here,” Theo says with a sigh of relief.

With Quiggley softly floating along with you, The rest of the party begins their climb. Unsurprisingly the very agile Zora swiftly takes the lead, overstepping Praxius, Paca and Theo. The Three of whom are havinga  fair amount of difficulty keeping their grip. With evert movement you foot or hand slips, luckily the three of you are fairly close together so when one slips. The other two grabs them to ensure their companion dosent slide down the side of the Mountain. 

The Goron, stops every 10 or so feet to look back at the group, Nodding in approval when seeing Rae following close behind. "KEEP UP, WE'RE ALMOST 'HERE" His low voice casts down the mountain. At one point Theo's grip fully gives way and he is forced to witness the heigh upon which you have scaled before being caught by Praxius and Paca. While a fall from here would just mean you sliding down the face, you are still at least 100 feet above ground. 

Gasping for breath the three of you finally reach the edge and climb over, each of you collapsing onto your backs and greedily suck in air. While Rae and the Goron patiently wait for you to compose yourselves. 

"Ye' Folks Good? Fraid we got a bit further fore we hit the mines, no more climbing tho." The Goron chuckles, watching each of you slowly rise back to your feet. 

"Excuse them, sir, it's their first time. I think." Quiggley remarks to the Goron.

"Hey you can't gloat. You got wings! Not as easy as it looks buddy." Paca fumes a bit before realizing Quiggley is only joking. " Oh, good one..." He continues to grasp for air.

Theo is lying down on his stomach, breathing heavily into the ground. He gives a thumbs up, and says in a muffled voice, “I’m fine. Just tired.”

"Used...to...climbing...trees", Praxius says between breathes from his position sat on the floor.

As he gets up, he adds with a chuckle, "This mountain could use some branches".

He reaches down and picks Theo up by the belt, leaving him hover for just a moment before gently putting him down on his feet.

After a few moments, allowing the three to compose themselves. The Goron continues the journey up the mountain, while he was telling the truth in that there appears to be no more climbing. You are still scaling a VERY steep path, Luckily the ground is rather packed from what appears to be frequent use so you're not in any danger of slipping. You follow this winding path up the mountain for at least 15 minutes, thankfully the gifts bestowed unto you by the Goron does help with the constant barrage of heat. In fact you are fairly certain that if you were not wearing the ring, you would likely be keeled over suffering from heat exhaustion at this point. 

Finally you reach level ground, giving your aching calves and thighs a much needed break from the steep ascent. Taking a moment to truly breathe in the surroundings, you catch a whiff of what smells like the most delicious meat you have ever known. A faint aroma that drifts down from the much higher up Village of the Gorons, The Goron claps his heands together. "Right, Dis 'ere will get ya to the Mines. Is a smaller path, one you folk oughta fit through. I'll meet ya there." He point you to a small opening in the side of the mountain, peering inside of it. It appears to be JUST big enough for you to fit through, Praxius will likely have to suck in his gut but he should be able to squeeze through. 

"Watch out for Dodongo's, nasty lil lizards that burrow. Keep clear of em and ye should be fine." The Goron waits patiently by the opening. 

"Right. I guess this will either ground me or keep me close to the ground, so it looks like I'm moving with the rest of you.", Quiggley says as he lands.

Praxius looks doubtfully at the opening.

"It looks a little small. Is it just the opening that is this size or is the whole passage like this?", he asks of the Goron. "I don't fancy getting stuck in there".

"Mind you, never seen a Dodongo before. Maybe it's worth a look", he says and sticks his head through the opening to see what he can see.

"A dodongo? That sounds more like what you gorons would call your.... ya know what, nevermind. Let's go."

Paca grabs hold of the rapier attached to his waste. "Maybe I can give this thing a swing if one pops up. I've never used it before though. Shouldn't be too hard. Right Praxius? You swing that big sword of yours around with ease. Any quick tips?"

"Sure", Praxius agrees as he looks down at the rapier.

"Although, you might not want to swing it same as me. It's more for stabbing, that one", he advises Paca.

"When we have time, we could practice together if you like. Obviously I would use a smaller sword!".

"Me thinks it opens up? Not sure, Neva been in there meself." The Goron peers into the small opening, then back at you Praxius. "It'll be tight, but ye should manage I 'magine." 

Rae enters the opening first, the smaller Zora squeezes through and proves that there should be just enough space on either side for Praxius to slip through. Soon the Yellow Zora vanishes from sight. 

"If'n ya wants to follow me, Ye could but theres exposed magma where Im goin. It'll likely burn ye." The Goron scratches the back of his head. 

Paca will follow in after Rae.

“Finally, something that’s a little more me-sized,” Theo said with a smile as he walks in behind Rae and Paca.

Quiggley will bring up the rear in case he needs to pull Praxius out. (Nasal snort of unlikely)
