((Somewhere, somtime, somehow, Sam has a fleeting thought of "Who the hell is Khoso?" before shaking it off and going back to dealing with the Swarms of Satyr he is battling...))
Muir gives it a try for Vin. He stomps his staff and casts speak with animals on the ring.
"If there's nothing more Morris can provide in ways of dealing with a Lich then I suppose we should head out and get back to Ginro and his teleportation devices. Kohso and the Kobolds have just as much at stake and deserve an apology....not that they will receive one, but yes all should be included in this discussion."
Muir can indeed cast a spell from his staff into the ring, a little amused squeak eminates from the staff as it hits the floor...
as Vin casts the spell upon himself he is able to communicate with the Squirrel in the rafters.
Ingram starts speaking with Morris trying to arrange the logistics of possibly getting the griffon from the other side of the basement door and out the front to follow the party. Morris agrees and brings Ingram behind the bar, "I'll give you all a little space" he says before both he and Ingram head to the basement you all came up through.
Outside the high windows the Golems seem to have reconstructed themselves and are patrolling once more, but with a sudden flurry of movement they are attacked by two Rocs who don't really understand what is going on, not that the golems attack back at this point, likely having been told to stand down already.
Gewyn slowly reaches under the bar, grabbing two random bottles. He uncorks them with his thumbs and pours both into a glass, experimenting with the ratio until the drink smells interesting. "Yeah, looks like it's time to be going. Anyone want one for the road?" He offers the concoction up, and if no one takes him up on it, he shrugs and quaffs the whole thing.
Vin calls out Bry'ze and hops on, before heading up towards the rafters where Ratosk is. Never one to drink the strong stuff, he shakes his head towards Gewyn in answer to the offer.
He has never spoken with animals before like this, or at least he can't remember ever doing. And so he starts off with a greeting.
"Greetings, Ratosk. Thank you for your hospitality. You have a wonderful place here".
He pauses for a moment before continuing, "I was told you might be a celestial being, and I have a question about celestials that you might be able to help me with, if you are willing?".
"my place has long been used as a sanctuary for death and his schemes, however much they favour the wills of those who occupy the mount is not for me to say, but I wish for the day to come when I will be rid of him and back to my proper job, uninterrupted by these diversions. You have been informed correct I am of celestial creation, a messenger for the gods themselves I travel freely upon the branches of creation to those who are worshipped and deliver them messages of import. But what, prey tell, can I do for you young one?" Ratosk squeaks out to vin abruptly and frustratedly, but relaxing a little as he explains who and what he is.
As Gewyn looks behind the bar he sees nothing there, just as there had been nothing there before when the group had entered through the basement. He does however find that if he reaches out to the shelves his hand fizzles with the electrifying arcana of potential. He focusses his mind and pulls two bottles of... Something?
(Gewyn tell me two beverages that you would want to try pulling out of the ether and then give me two wisdom checks to see how successful you are.)

"Thanks", Vin replies to Muir, and immediately attempt to cast speak with animals using the ring.
