With no alternatives set Ginro accepts the location of Lumithor's lair, but does give Vin's suggestion a thought, "The majority of how we seperate and delegate our forces, especially Shenoh's is not something that you all necessarily need to be made aware of, all other tasks to be completed during the fighting, I believe Elthana and therefore Nivara, is already aware of... as for Gojiin, he is still a Djin, one of the original elemental spirits of our home plane. Regardless of the state of his isle, we will want to fight alongside him, we are stronger together. I am hoping he will respond to our summons but in the case that he does not I hope we can send a delegation to make contact before the fight begins.
The shattered isles cirlcle has been completed, I believe that we can get there with no issues and I will have word sent to Shenoh and Akiin immediately" to all of this Duun nods along in a stoic fashion and follows, though he grows more and more visibly curious of Daudi as the group walk.
After another hour of waiting the group are shown to the teleportation room and prepare to jump, Ginro has gone on ahead, and with you all you have Ömertyr, Daudi, Duun and Ingram.
Teleporting seems to be becoming easier, though the giants are oddly enough asked to crouch or kneel before the teleportation activates. The fine tuning of the spherical spacial matrix which sits above the circle as it's arcane innards drift around lazily, seems to have been improved upon, as nobody feels any sickness during the jump.
The group's destination upon the shattered isle seems to be a hastily put together affair, the ceiling is lower than any of the others the giants having crouched seems to have been a precaution so their heads did not apparate within solid crystal which may have killed them instantly, the runes of the circle are carved in ragged lines in the crystal floor, the spacial matrix is not suspended but affixed to the low ceiling above the circle. a jovial voice rings out as a familiar face stands ready to greet you all, "My sister! friends! you all must have done so well! we got contacted by some of ginro's scientists a day ago, they were already nearly here with this matrix thingy! serafina is not happy but myself and Kohso are delighted with the news, We Dont have to scrounge and steal mmissing resources any more! our dragonkin won't be hunted!" Hector rushes up as fast as his old man body will take him and in a celebratory fashion attempts to sweep Elthana up in a hug but only manages to hurt his back. Behind Hector the small frame of a kobold in raven queen clerical robes waves over at you all as it appears Granngord has also come to welcome you.
"Indeed", Vin responds to Ginro. "We are not really qualified to tell you how to fight a battle, let alone one like this. We just need to know where we fit in, and where, when and how to get involved", he continues.
"I know we aren't the obvious choice to be that delegation sent to Gojiin, but perhaps we can make ourselves useful doing that whilst you co-ordinate and strategise with the other Djinn and the Elders from the Shattered Isles. After we have ensured a peace is brokered between you, of course", he then adds. He immediately whispers so only Ginro can hear, "Even if going to get Gojiin is just a ruse I tell the others to cover some other course of action, so Nivara doesn't get wind of what we are actually doing".
It is a long hour of waiting, but finally they are teleported to the Shattered Isles. Vin hears Hector before he sees him, and watches as he moves to try and hug Elthana. He takes in the news that Serafina is not happy about the teleportation circle but he and Kohso are.
"I am glad you all showed the trust to allow it to be built, Hector", is all he says to Hector before standing back and allowing him his moment with Elthana.
He does see Granngord as well, but seems to remember Muir was much closer to the Cleric of the Raven. At least he interacted more with him.
Whilst he remains quiet, he watches the Djinn, who are stepping on this isle for the first time in a long time, and a time which included such barbarity. Is this really going to go so smoothly?Perhaps it would for now, until they come face to face with the elders.
Neferox senses Vin's nervousness, and nudges him with her head to let him know she is with him.
