Ayrlin approaches the creature, sheating his sword.
“Are you ok? Do you understand me?”
OOC: He already run away :P much happened in this short time ^^
Grigor wrestles the dust out of his clothes. "well, I think we scared them. Good hit, Xorin! That spell you use was really interesting! Well done everyone...vut maybe be a little careful next time"
Kasandra wasn't usually in the habit of letting goblins run free, but it seemed they risked little by doing so. The goblins already knew the party was inside of fortifications and the chaotic nature of the labyrinth limited the practical use of that knowledge as it was unlikely the goblins could predict the route they were taking through the maze.
This ogre, on the other hand, was a different matter, "Let's kill it and move out." She says to the others, stepping towards the ogre purposefully with her sword drawn. There was no way she was letting such a powerful creature to wander the labyrinth haphazardly.
”Wow.. relax now... who’s acting without thinking now?. The goblins were torturing this creature, we’ve already met creatures here that had helped us and we know that not all creatures here are allegiance to the goblin king. The enemy of my enemy is my friend... “ he puts her sword down and turns towards the creature, trying to look in its eye “right? We can be friends...”
The resigned look in the face of the big creature in the net at Kasandra's upraised sword turns to confusion as Ayrlin gently presses it toward the ground.
It listens carefully to Ayrlin's words, then blows out its cheeks in a long spittle filed reeking breath, "Fweinds, yer fwiends." Then it begins to sniffle, the sniffles turn to sobs, "Waaaahhhh, Bort needs down, need down..."
You can see the ropes have started to cut in to its skin and it bears may small bruised ans stab wounds from the goblins mistreatment.
"Bort hate rope bag, Bort no mean to get catched, Bort sorry, please let uz down..."
Xorin takes a few steps back... just in case. "He's an interesting one." he glances between the group, "Certainly not a friend of the goblins. Have that in common at least."

OOC: HA!, Thanks for a morning chuckle :)
Ayrlin begins carefully cutting the knots of the rope net. After one or two the impressive weight of the creature begins a cascade of breaking knots. Bort rolls out of the net and falls five or six feet to the ground hitting it like a sack of badly cured hams. He then begins stretching and scratching, and after a few moments lies still.
looking a the the unfamiliar faces now gathered around him, "Fank you...fwiends?"
Kasandra allows Ayrlin to force her arm down with a slightly annoyed looked on her face. When the elf begins cutting the creature free, she doesn't stop him, but moves so that she is positioned between the ogre and the rest of the party, crouching at the ready to bring her shield up and/or attack.
Surprised that this "Bort" didn't murder the elf for a snack the second it was free, Kasandra relaxes her guard somewhat, but doesn't sheathe her sword.
Ignoring the ogres implied question she asks it, "What did you get caught doing? Did you work for the goblins?"
The creature sits upright, apparently as confused as everyone else at the strange meeting. Alarmingly he is almost as tall sitting as most of those standing around him.
"Me keep da things tidy and pretty." he says with a slight question in his tone, not quite sure that his answers will displease you, and obviously used to being punished for little reason.
Now you have had a better look at him, he seems to be some kind of giant-kin, but not quite an Ogre. He lacks the large sharp front teeth that most Ogres have.
He points to the hedges and grass and vines on the wall. "Da King like it all neat and nice, punish us if we do bad."
"Gobbos tell Bort to make net. Tell him to place in here to catch bad people, me do bad and get snatched up good." He begins to hit his head with open plam, "Bort do bad, bad Bort. Then gobbos hurt," his face goes red and his fists clench and their knuckles for white," make me mad..."
“Easy Bort. You didn’t deserve punish. “ says Ayrlin feeling pity for the poor creature. “ The important thing is that you do your best. You are with friends now, and friends don’t hurt each other right?” He cautiously tap the gian-kin creature shoulder.
Seeing the creature tense puts Kasandra back on her guard, she speaks no further focusing on the giant's movements.
Watching Ayrlin approach the creature to touch in consolingly, Kasandra is unsure whether to be impressed or concerned for his distinct lack of survival instincts. She settles for both and watches guardedly for the giant's response.
"Oh he's a gardener." Xorin says, mostly just vocalizing the thought more than trying to point it out to the others. He glances back at the hedges, noting that Bort apparently is a decent one at that, "So, Ayrlin. Think he has some useful bit of information or should we just leave him to his hedges?"
