Deragor manages to get a chest also, tucking it under one arm and running.
(ooc: The chest is fairly small and only a little heavy.)
A deep, guttural voice hollers into the command tent where most of you are trapped. "We have you surrounded," it says. "Drop your weapons and come out now and you will not be harmed."
Prim doesn't believe the General and looks for a sneak attack like hidden archers.
Unfortunately she rolled a 3 which would be 6 if perception or 8 if investigation. Does the proficiency bonus add to perception rolls? Looks like it on p 173 -ability checks? If so, +3
Otherwise she's waiting for the best time to help the guys
AS far as Soot can tell, the centurion is being genuine. Prim does not see any hidden archers or attackers, although a few goblins are slightly hidden by the entryway to the tent. Soot comes out with his hands up and is immediately taken captive. His hands are tied behind his back and a dirty rag acting as a makeshift blindfold is put over his eyes. He is led away and into another tent. The bugbear left standing puts down his weapon.
Audun, seeing that the battle will probably be lost, and that he will soon run out of crossbow bolts, fires a bolt at the nearest archer goblin (If there are not any that I fire at a scimitar goblin.) then dives into a bush and attempts to cover himself with foliage.
(Vlar has stayed at least 100 feet from the tent, as he has been sending attacks with a range of 120 feet in from as far away as he could stay. Just wanted to point that out, he would not have moved in to stand next to the tent at any point.)
Seeing that the enemy is gathering, Vlar growls in frustration, especially as one of their group surrenders to the goblins. He backs away from the battle further and will attempt to move away stealthily. If someone sends in a fireball, or something else to hit the clustered goblins, then Vlar would send more blasts of fire in as well, but, unless that happens, he is moving away from the combat, wishing to stay free of the goblin's.
Bolin doesn't like this one but he looks at vlar and draegor and says I don't want to go down without a fight but I'll do what we have to what do you guys think
If Prim remembers that gobs don't take prisoners, she'll yell it out before anyone else surrenders. (Sorry I didn't think of the history check earlier)
Otherwise stay hidden & react to what the guys do.
Either way she's ready to cast as soon as she yells or the guys fight. She'll keep hidden otherwise.
As soon as she sees Bolin cut the tent, a 3rd level sleep spell at the enemies that would open the path to let them escape fastest. She centers the spell so it doesn't affect the party
Prim realizes goblinoids cannot be trusted. She, Audun and Vlar are able to remain hidden from the goblins as their attention is focused on the command tent.
Meanwhile, a commotion is heard coming from the tent where Soot was taken as he attacks his captors. A goblin fires his crossbow at the rogue, but his shot goes wide and misses Soot.
Several goblins fall asleep as Prim's spell takes effect and opens up a narrow corridor for Bolin and Deragor to escape. The goblins charge into the tent in time to see Bolin exit through the slit which he cut into the side of the tent. The remaining bugbear attacks Deragor as he follows Bolin. It misses, and Deragor is able to slip out of the tent.
Vlar moves to a vantage point where he can aid in helping anyone attempting to escape from the tent by sending in ranged blasts of fire. He waits there, staying hidden until, or unless, someone needs him to do some of that blasting to cover their escape.

Insight roll 12
If genuine Soot sheathes his sword and steps out with his hands up
If not or can’t tell soot finds cover and holds a rapier attack for anyone who comes in the tent my goal is to get a sneak attack
Prim doesn't believe the General and looks for a sneak attack like hidden archers.

What are the rest of you doing?
“Oh watch the frills this is rather fine clothing you brute.”
(Is combat ended?)
If everyone surrenders, combat is over. Soot is the only one who has surrendered so far.
Audun, seeing that the battle will probably be lost, and that he will soon run out of crossbow bolts, fires a bolt at the nearest archer goblin (If there are not any that I fire at a scimitar goblin.) then dives into a bush and attempts to cover himself with foliage.
18 to hit.
5 damage.
19 on the stealth roll.
Prim had been planning to cast a level 3 spell to make a gap for the guys to dash, but now that leaves Soot.
She waits to see what the others do, but first:
She rolled 25 on a history check. Are goblinoids known for keeping or breaking promises to keep prisoners alive?

Stealth is rolled in the game log, got a 10.

But he clinks off his shoulder plait
i rolled a nat 1

Bolin will cut his way out of the back of the tent and with crate in tow head for prim
As soon as she sees Bolin cut the tent, a 3rd level sleep spell at the enemies that would open the path to let them escape fastest. She centers the spell so it doesn't affect the party
42 sleep points
Seeing that the party is attempting to escape, Audun prepares to fire a stealthy crossbow shot at a goblin blocking the party’s retreat.
(Rolling with advantage.)
18 to hit.
8 Damage.
(That kills the goblin.)

Prim is planning something but waiting to see if
1. All the gobs go after the boys including the ones in Soot's tent.
2. If they're catching up to the party
Vlar moves to a vantage point where he can aid in helping anyone attempting to escape from the tent by sending in ranged blasts of fire. He waits there, staying hidden until, or unless, someone needs him to do some of that blasting to cover their escape.
