(( Assuming Lore has managed to retain a little distance ))
With a look of regret, Lore launches a bolts of energy at the wretched creature. He knows what it is like to serve a master, but not one as cruel or uncaring as this one's creator. He looks forward to their comeuppance.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Drux shot Piers a glare for the request, and in the moment's distraction took a glancing strike from the construct. But with a renewed focus from the pain, he deflects the rest, and with dragonfire beginning to lick at the corner of his maw, looked about ready to end things his way without concern for the core! And yet with a muttered curse, the dragonborn solidifies his footing and lunges for a weak point in the neck with a dagger, aiming to cripple the construct once and for all.
Bonus Action: Steady Aim, reducing speed to 0 for the turn but gaining advantage on next attack.
Action: Dagger Heart Combination on Construct. Attack: 17 Damage: 10 of non-magic piercing. (includes sneak attack)

drux manages to do a quick blow in the construct's neck, decapitating the nimblewright. it takes a few steps foward, as it tries to hit drux back, but no avail. after a few seconds, the nimblewright stops moving, and falls to the ground.
Combat end
the construct is on the ground, unmoving. you can see the piece of paper still on it's hand. only the silent wind can be heard on the graveyard, as no one else is in sight.
Cat moves quickly to the nimblewrights hand, then carefully retrieves the paper, to look at it. "Investigate the graves, since that's what it was doing, when we got here."
Piers rushes after Cat kneeling and investigating if the nimblewright's mind is intact .He understands the automaton was unable to overcome his programming but there was hope for it ..He turns to Cat "lets search the place then."(7 investigation)
Drux only answer to Cat is a grunt as he sheathed the dagger, but doesn't make an immediate move to check out the area. Instead he sought to give the constructs weapon at least a once over to see if it was salvageable in any way, even if that meant being a bit brutal in its removal. He would, however, wait at least for Cat to finish snatching what she wanted from the body before it comes to any thing of the sort. But afterwards he's working right alongside Piers double checking the grave to see if any of the dirt was recently disturbed.
'Tch! Looks like a dead end. But if we take the construct back, maybe they can... 'fix' it up enough and make it so it has to spill the beans on its master. Anybody got a sack to stuff him in though?'Drux asks the group via the mental network.

The paper was a folded map, depicting the Dock ward of waterdeep. there is a X in the dock neighborhood of Mistshore, with a name written beside it - Grinda Garloth.
piers, inspecting the nimbleright's remains, finds his core- still intact. However, he can't discover anything more about the core.
inspecting the nimbleright's remains, the sword he used could be salvageable with a blacksmith, or maybe sold to experts like the house of inspired hands.
you all look around, but the map is the only thing that catches your attention. . . of course, there are a few offerings around for the dead, such as a few gold pieces ( 10 gold ) but. . .would it be right to get something meant for the deceased?
the birds look at piers, as he starts to hear them chirping "thank you! no weird people appear around anymore! if you ever need anything, please just ask us!" they say in a cheery maner
"Right..so we are alone according to our feathered friends. Now what? Cat did you find anything on that map?" says Piers. He picks up the core and put it on his backpack pleased "There is hope for him"
Drux snatches up the sword with such options in mind, and again without hesitance severing it from the body if it proved built into the design. Though he lacked not in a longsword, the thought of it being reforged into a rapier for cheaper put a smile on his face. Unlike the rogue thoughts they had him looking a little too long at some of the offerings before eventually shaking his head in dismissal of it all. "It's pretty late. Best we don't stay here for much longer. Whatever's on that map can probably wait till morning. So let's head back. Either home or to the inspired."He says around a yawn towards the last bit.

(I suppose we're waiting on Piers and Lore's input.)
"Piers, would you please get the animals here, to look out for any, creepy people approaching us?"
She says as she investigates the nimblewright too, then makes her way to the haphazard, graves, the nimblewright made.
