Faera watches through the slot as Ghurr attempts to get close to the tower. She doesn't want to start shouting, but she notes his location in relation to the tower once he stops moving, as well as the trees to the tower. She is used to being out in the trees as that was her way to get away from the others back at school, her solitude. Once she figures she has a good notion on where the tower is, she scrambles back down the makeshift ladder and heads out of the tunnel. "Come on, lets find that tower." she calls to the others.
Once outside, she heads in the direction to find the tower.
Faera, as you exit the Grave and turn northward, you can still see the tower there. As if it was always there, solid as the stones it is made of.
You watch as Ghurr continues to wave the butt of his glaive in front of him, clearly unaware of the tower's placement.
I can confirm that Faera is the only one that can see the tower.
In fact, as she watches, Ghurr's glaive passes right through the stone wall. Maybe it's not as solid as it looks... Ghurr continues moving forward, and is about to simply walk through the tower.
"Oh!" Faera exclaims as she emerges from the grave and still sees the tower. She stands there for a moment, taking the solidness of it in, trying to understand what is going on. Then she sees Ghurr's weapon pass right through it and just as he is about to walk through it, she calls out "Ghurr! Stop! You're about to walk into the tower!" and she runs to meet up with him.
Thurodim follows Faera close with Skullcleaver ready in his strong hands, not sure what to make of this invisible tower, hoping Faera will find them a way inside.
Eight-sided, one visible door, small windows showing the placement of floors - an entry level, six floors intact, and one floor at the top into which it appears the roof has collapsed. Ghurr's placement is a little to the right of the steps up to the door.
Ghurr, under your large foot something crunches - a bone, still with flecks of grey meat clinging to it.
Faera stares up at the enormous tower, "How are you guys not seeing this? I'm not sure I get it, when I casted detect magic I didn't see it, only when I looked through that slot." She spins around and looks at whoever is closest to her, "Did you want to go and look through the slot as well? Maybe it has something to do with the runes that were inscribed up there?"
"I can run back and try it," Mala says. She runs quickly back into the grave and goes to where the handhold are, then scrambles up to try to see through the slot.

Ghurr looks back at Faera quizzically. He swings his glaive ahead of him and shrugs when it goes through the air as if nothing was there, concluding, logically, that there is nothing there.
"You see something?" Ghurr asks. "Is there door?"
He then gets distracted by the bone he has stepped on. He looks down closely at it, seeing if he can make any guess as to what kind of animal it came from (14 -2 if Nature or +3 if Survival more appropriate).
"If tower here, maybe flying deer live on top and this was last dinner?" Ghurr says, indicating the bone.

As the friendly bugbear mentions the bone with grey meat clinging to it, Thurodim grubts and steps closer to see if he can determine what kind of creature it was.
Faera nods to Mala as she heads off, then responds to the large companions with her.
"Well of course there is a door. But Ghurr's glaive went right through the tower, like it wasn't there." She walks over and walks up a few steps by the door to the tower. "Try these steps, do you walk up them or walk right through them? This is all so confusing!"
Thurodim, it doesn't look like a human bone, but that's about as much as you can tell.
Ghurr, having been taught some basic osteology by his father, and remembering what they were told back in town, strongly suspects that this bone is from a sheep.
You see Faera walk forward a few steps. She remains on the ground. You don't see any steps.
Faera, you are now a few feet above the others, standing on the steps of the tower.
Mala, as you climb the stones... You don't. Your hands go right through them, as if they weren't there at all.

The massive green heavy muscled half-orc nods at Ghurr and grunts, scratching his black beard. "Maybe peryton dinner." He then turns to watch as Faera seems to look for the entrance. He gets the feeling they might be missing something but he knows he isn't on the team to figure out big brain things, so he simply holds on to Skullcleaver should any threat appear, turning to see if Mala is coming back from looking through the slot.
Mala hurries back to the others. "When I try to climb the wall, it's as though the handholds aren't even there! I see them but my hand passes through. It must be meant for only one person to be able to enter the tower. Maybe you'll be able to let us in somehow Faera."
"You are the key then Faera." The massive green half-orc says somewhat gently, patting the elf's shoulder. "No pressure." He adds with something resembling a smile.
"Wait, what are you talking about I'm still on the ground... no I'm not, I'm up a couple of steps. How can you see me on the ground?" As Mala returns and gives her report, Faera is even more confused. "Well, I guess I'll try the tower."
She continues up the couple of steps and tries the door. If it is unlocked she opens it wide and peers in, not going in yet.
She then turns around, rummages in her bag a bit and pulls out a little brown leather pouch. She reaches in and pulls out a handful of sand. She then throws it down the steps, hoping this helps illuminate them for the others.
When Faera says she's actually on steps and not on the ground, Ghurr looks to where his hand was that he had reached over to place on Faera's shoulders, at least where they should have been if she was where he saw her.
If his hand was actually on her shoulder and he could feel it, he was going to worry about his new friend's health. But if it was an illusionary shoulder, he would take it back and laugh.
"Like game," Ghurr says.
He then closes his eyes and tries to just feel for the stairs with his feet without getting bogged down in what he can see.
Ghurr, under your hand you do feel Faera's shoulder. Faera also feels Ghurr's hand on her shoulder, despite there being no contact from her perspective - Ghurr's hand and forearm are inside the steps below you, presumably where your shoulder would be if you were a few feet lower.
When Faera opens the door, the rest of you see this: Faera reaches out and grips the air. Pulling, it seems like she pulls the air with her, creating the shape of a doorway. From this doorway the rest of the tower comes into view - the effect is like some thick, viscous liquid has been spilled, it spreads out from the door in every direction forming stone, wood, metal. Where it spreads under Faera's feet it rises into steps, lifting her with them, and also Ghurr who has started to tentatively feel his way forward. Faera and Ghurr feel no difference, but once Ghurr opens his eyes he will find himself on the steps.
Faera, peering inside you see something like this (without the watermark):
An octagonal room, a mural in the floor, a fireplace which contains a crackling fire. Above the fireplace is a painting of a figure, though you would have to enter to see it more clearly. Up high are stained glass windows that certainly aren't visible on the outside.

Ghurr looks up from the sheep's bones and nods at Thurodim.
"Sheep," Ghurr says. "Definitely someone's dinner."
He then looks over at Faera when she mentions the steps.
"No steps, Faera," Ghurr says. "You still on ground."
