Humble? Homble? Something of the sort... I remember where we've got to go, at least. (hr-hem) In any case, I understand the threat we bring and apologize - if we knew of better options, we certainly wouldn't burden your lands and people with such danger. That you offer aid speaks greatly of your kindness, Lady Saava, and certainly is not misplaced. I don't mean to sound greedy, but our cause places great need upon us; if we could have guidance and anything you can do to speed us on our way, we promise not to burden your people any longer than we need to for reasons of both thankfulness and practicality. I would ask for some supplies and equipment as well, for such things are always welcome, but I will refrain from such, as I do not wish to seem ungrateful or wear upon your hospitality more than necessary.

Caranolandi turns bowing slightly to Lady Saava, "My Lady, we have had enough interruptions. Shouldn't we be going back to the festival before the guests become uncomfortable with our absence? There is still much to prepare and we don't want to start late." Lady Saava turns to Caranolandi and says "These are our new guests, they can join in our revelry. You see my friends " She says as she turns back to the group. "You cross the border of our territory at the time of our greatest yearly festival. -Taelaerdarol os Jhori- Which translates to the common tongue as Celebration of Life or Celebration of Birth depending on context. Please follow us back to our establishment and you can be a part of the Celebration." She motions to you to follow. Caranolandi quickly speaks to her in hushed tones you can't understand and you hear her reply with ease "Please do not worry, Caras, everything will be fine. If there are interruptions by unwanted visitors from the outside we need to deal with this new reality anyway. All is well." You see as she starts to turn towards the forest that she makes some signs with her hands and the several of you that are injured realize that you feel much better (all HP restored.)
As you follow the elves into the forest time seems to disappear and it is hard to remember how far you have gone. You realize almost without seeing things that you are being watched and then soon you begin to see faces in the forest. Over a hill you see a village appear. At least you know it must be a village because their are elves everywhere and banners but the houses or buildings are not actually noticeable until you see people enter or exit them and you realize they must be buildings. Caranolandi instructs one of the elves to show you to resting quarters to refresh, eat and sleep. After a full rest and a good nights sleep (a long rest) you are invited back out into a large field where there are colorful banners and many elves separated into groups. The assistant leads you back to Saava who is expecting you. "Welcome to our festival of life. We celebrate our existence here and have never shared this celebration with such a diverse group of guests. At the end of the day there will be a large feast but now is the time of competition. You are welcome to join in the competition and any who win will receive the prizes that come with the celebration." She points to her left "over here is the strength competition. Any of you who want to participate in that competition can join our strongest there and try to win some wonderful prizes.” She points to the right “over here is our archery competition. If you think you can shot an arrow better than our best elves you can join the competition and show your best effort. We are excited to have you and if you just want to enjoy the atmosphere and friendship you are welcome to find a place in the areas and watch the proceedings. So what will it be?"
I think I'll try the archery competition myself! It's not like I have anything to lose. I wish you all luck! May the best of us win, and the rest of us have fun!
With those words of encouragement, I grant Graarl Bardic Inspiration and will pass out more inspiration as other people chime in.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Again one of Caranolandi's assistants comes up to you and says "Graarl, you seem to be the most interested in the strength competition and we will begin that exciting adventure soon. You can follow me this way and the rest of you are welcome to watch. The archery competition will take place after the strength competition." He heads toward the crowd in the direction that Lady Saava indicated previously. When you arrive you see a board will competitors names posted in groups and the following prizes are listed: level one competition prizes: 1st 10 gold, 2nd 4 gold, 3rd 1 gold. All prize winners are advanced to the next round where prizes increase to: 1st 40 gold, 2nd 15 gold and 3rd: 5 gold. All prize winners of level two are advanced to the final round where prizes are 1st 100 gold, 2nd 40 gold and 3rd place receives 20 gold. Graarl's name is placed into the competition and after several groups finish competing his group is called up. The goal is to throw a large stone with leather straps attached to it over a bar that is raised higher and higher as the competitors either succeed or fail. The bar starts at 10 feet in the air. There are a total of 6 competitors in Graarl’s group and each is given 3 attempts to clear the 10 foot bar.
Graarl, I need 3 athletics checks from you. Here are all the athletics checks from the 5 other competitors in your group:
The competition is feverish with everyone excited and on the edge of their seats. The Simon seems to be able to inspire the Graarl with ease as he attempts his throws.
I will allow Simon's bardic inspiration to be added to the highest roll in the set of throws and Simon is able to give inspiration once per round per player (the competitive energy is high :-) )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Again everyone is able to clear the bar and the bar is now raised to 16 feet. The excitement mounts as there have been no failures as yet. Everyone again takes three tries.
Lol I know, I was RPing it as though my character forgot.

Nerithana is quite happy about her restored HP and allows herself the relief of the change of pace that a large celebration will bring.
This couldn't be more welcome. We have had an exceedingly trying day and will welcome this invitation.
Now that you mention it, we'll also be incredibly safe here, too. I kinda wanna stretch this out as much as possible...

(what happens if I would tie for 3rd? Will they give the prize to whoever had the highest average?)
Because everyone easily made the throw over the 10 foot bar the judges moved the bar to 14 feet and again the contestants made 3 throws each.
The competition: (I tried to edit this twice to get rid of the spoiler within a spoiler and I finally gave up. Not sure why it did that to me.)
competitor1: 12, 10, 21
competitor2: 19, 7, 5
competitor3: 5, 8, 8

(So my best throw would be 24)
I like your pep talks, make me feel good.
Nerithana sits back and thoroughly enjoys the spectacle.

Competitor tries:
competitor1: eliminated
competitor2: 19, 20, 11
competitor3: 21, 6, 10
competitor4: 14, 18, 10
competitor5: eliminated
Lot's of stuff ...
Simon is actively cheering and watching animatedly, even if none of the other spectators are.
Woooo! Go Graarl! I believe in you, you big lovable slab of meat!
