Jess curses as she sees Kocino crumple. That could have been me, she realizes. She runs over to him and places her hands on him and murmurs, “You’ll be all right.” Water flows from her wet-appearing skin onto his and then absorbs into him.

She casts cure wounds on Kocino, healing him for 4.

( OOC: If the giant moves to get the stone, do Gwen and I get opportunity attacks?)

Vex will see Kocino fall and also attempt to heal him with cure wounds, anything to stop him from dying. Health healed:3 rolled in game log. “It’s not your time to die yet, continue on.”

Drezmir sees Kocino fall, and is relieved when Jess and Vex are able to help him. This giant surely is as difficult as he thought it would be...what a challenge indeed. Of course, he'd have to be smart about his attacks. One good blow could have him down just like what happened with the Jet brothers. 

He continues moving back (I don't think I'm in range of the giant, so I don't think this should give it an opportunity attack against me?). He moves far enough to stay out of the giant's reach, but stays close enough to continue loosing arrows at it with his crossbow. 

Somewhere within him, he feels a power he hadn't felt before...it pushes his movements, making him feel as nimble as the lightning that flashes across the skies of Romalia. Smiling, he reaches for that power, ignoring the burning that erupts in the scars crisscrossing across his back and over his limbs. Embracing the power, he points his crossbow at the giant, unsure of what will come of it.

Drezmir's aim is thrown off when the crossbow bolt suddenly erupts with electricity, startling him. As the bolt flies through the air, he smiles even though it misses. At least he knows what this new power is. 

Corvus and Sloden both land attacks! Corvus hurts enough that the Giant turns it's attention to him now! (Together the two of them dealth 24 damage in round 2)
Gilded strikes it as well! Dealing another  damage! Jess and Vex both healing Kocino back up! The Hill Giant begins to wear down! Bleeding and breathing heavier.

"Raaaaaarg!"

It seemed like a desperate roar.. A roar that had meant nothing and yet.. Heading over the hill nearby was thunderous footsteps. Gwen looked over with a grim look on her face.

"Gods no.. You're kidding me right?"

It was a second Hill Giant! Coming to help the first! It was 80 feet away but wanting to join in on the action.

With her friends aid she was able to slash twice with great precision! The first slash cutting deep! The second severing flesh from it's leg! (27 damage all together) Her blade soaked in it's blood it was on one knee and barely standing (102 damage all together)

"It's still standing.. Kocino! Drez! Gildaug! Finish this thing off!"

(Since Drez can reroll once, and I forgot to do Gildaug NPC.)

Gildaug swings and even with the light guiding him.. It seems he wasn't able to land a blow as it blocked his sword! The second one had a massive club and was rather angry! Whatever was said in that roar? It too was targeting Corvus! Taking a massive piece of earth/rock and throwing it at him!

The rock crashed into Corvus! Blood and feathers had went everywhere! His body almost compulsing and his heart almost gave out. In this rather serious state Corvus is able.. To see something in his dream.

Kocino fired one last shot! Piercing through the Hill Giants chest! The mighty beast swayed... And swayed before finally.. Falling to the ground.. No breathing could be seen. The second giant roared in a rage seeing this display!
