Mialee moves and opens the door, and perhaps its her attempting to split her attention, or perhaps there are not caterpillars in either room, but she doesn't spot any.

Now that the lantern has arrived, Mialee looks over the current room they are in.

If she spots a caterpillar, she moves to it- if not, she'll enter the next room.

"Hey, Liber! I found one of 'em, let's check out these back rooms next?"

Liber moves through the rooms, following Mialee's trial of open doors. He doesn't spot any in the room Mialee caught her little friend in. He joins her in the nearby room, and with the dim light of the lantern, she gives it one more look before moving through into the next one.

I'll open the furthest door as well, then move nearer to the couch- that's where I found caterpillar #1 after all.

Neither of you find any new caterpillars, and you're certain there's no way you're going to be able to find the remaining three and return to Madame Kulp in the time remaining. 

"Ah well. This was fun, but maybe we should head back to Madame Kulp now- I don't see a chance of beating the challenge. What d'you think, Liber?"
