Erma breathes heavily through the fire damage, closes her eyes, and says, "Everything is fine."
She uses her action to use Channel Divinity: Preserve Life. It restores a total of 15 HP, up to half the hitpoint maximum of any one creature. She uses 9 of those for herself, bringing her HP up to 16.
There are 6 more hit points to heal for anyone, but only if you are below half your hitpoint maximum. First come, first serve.
(Well if no one else needs them Roy will take the 6 points of healing)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zaius's scimitar finds its mark, severing the creature's head! Like its companion, before either head or body can hit the floor, it explodes in sticky lava. [Zaius must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 fire damage on a failed save, or 5 on a successful one]
As you finish of the last of the fiery beings, Pffred, Krik'Lit, and Miken have retreated to the access shaft and the clean, non-vented air there.
Rel follows the others, rubbing his singed hindquarters where the last lava monster got him. "This trip is almost more excitement than I can stand. Let's try to not die before we even get to the beholder planet!"
Zaius moves away as the last creature explodes in a burst of magma, avoiding most of molten lava. He goes with Erma as she pulls him out of the galley, coughing as the smoke continues to clear out. “Thanks”he nods to Erma “for an abandoned ship, there sure are a lot of things left on board that are trying to kill us. What other surprises are out here?”
While you wait for the atmosphere to stabilise, Krik'Lit replies to Zaius, "This deck was cleared when we arrived, we did not find those creatures then—" ("Even you lot couldn't have missed those things," interjects Veena with a scoff) "—and the four of us had been through that area many times," the thri-kreen gestures with one lower arm to indicate that "us" includes himself, Pffred and Miken, and presumably the deceased Petty Officer Ryeback. [Someone could make an Arcana check to see what they know of the nature of those creatures]
Finally, after a few minutes, the smoke has dissipated and there's enough air for you to re-enter the cargo deck. Veena stands near the entrance, arms crossed and a scowl on her face; Miken slumps in a corner, looking like he's about to burst into tears; and Pffred and Krik'Lit start checking over the damage to your supplies. [Almost half of your water, as well as most of your firewood, cooking oil and fresh foodstuffs were consumed by the fire, and also Ryeback's portable cooking surface; however you still have plenty of dry rations, and all the other magical items including the potions of healing and the sending stone by which you can contact Boatswain Tarto back on the Flighty Foundling]
[If anyone wants to check out the scene of the crime, as it were, make an Investigation check]
Roy would recognise that they were elementals, probably some variety of mephit. Not purely fire or earth, but something of both; lava or magma perhaps. Elementals aren't native to the material plane, at least outside environments that embody their nature, and since your in a hollowed-out rock flying through space, not the inside of an active volcano, that means they were most likely summoned by magic.
"Second Mate Erma, please use the sending stone to contact Bos'n Tarto and inform her of the unfortunate demis of Petty Officer Ryeback," says Rel.
"Mr. Zaius, would you please assist Pffred and Krik'Li in inspecting the damage, and begin interviewing the witnesses about how this started? I will join you after I have looked over the deck and spoken with Miken.
"Mr. Roy, please see if you can find any mechanical reason for the fire, and check over the ship as far as you are able to make sure she is still spaceworthy. Once that is established, look around for some sort of container where we can store Ryeback's remains until we can return them to his family."
Rel will then Investigate (12) the room for clues as to the fire's origin, and then move beside Miken to gently offer comfort and find out what he knows (Persuasion 27)

Erma does as told.
Then she will examine all of the remains of both living and non-living kinds to determine the cause of death (did they get attacked first and then burned or vice versa), etc.

Satisfied that the threat of fire is gone, Roy key in the sequence to seal the ship back up and return air to the areas that were vented.
