"Well I am glad to see we shall have some kind of elf on the helm, at least," Veena comments. "I assume you're the leader of your little group?" she asks Icarus, the other elf present; her tone suggests she'd like the command position herself but is aware she's unlikely to have the support to take it.
[For those that joined us in Episode 2, the group crossed paths with Veena once before; she's a bully and an elf supremacist.]
He turns to the rude comment and with a steady eye on Veene says "Our captain is Zoide until they are done. They did a great job leading us to victory last time and I will follow them, or any other team mate as acting captain, into the fire pits of hell if that's where they lead! Now, If THEY ask me to be captain, I will humbly take on that mantel, but rest assured, to each of my team mates, I will defend from beast or slander. Lets Go!"
Princess pipes up. “Oi’ll do ih. Dohn tak mor’n af a wit ta nuver, oi c’n govrn sw’ll. Soides Oi cn peek ta ol boat while tinglin. Icrus ih ah roit swell govnr too.)
(I’ll do it. Don’t take more than half a wit to maneuver, I can govern as well. Beside I can peek(see) the whole boat while tingling(jamming). Icarus is a right swell governor too.)
"Ok then. Princess will take the helm and uhh, lead at the same time? Just kidding I'm sure she can do it! That means rest of us have to stay on guard as trusty crewmates and do our parts, understood?" She then hastily turns to Miken's crew. "What about you, Miken? And the rest of your crew? What will you all be willing to do once we take off?"

Miken's face flushes slightly as Eris asks her question. "Oh, uh, Pffred, Krik'Lit and I are to help Mr. Ryeback. Deal with supplies, keep everyone fed on the journey, that kind of... thing."
You're dropped unceremoniously into the tyrant ship's Cargo Deck, along with a crate of supplies, an navigational map, and a shiny new spelljammer helm. Petty Officer Ryeback pulls up the rear wearing a backpack laden with cooking implements. Pots clang and clatter as he turns and waves goodbye to the Flighty Foundling, which has already set a course back to the academy.
Ryeback puts Miken, Krik'Lit and Pffred to work unpacking gear, taking inventory, and setting up a makeshift galley in one of the Cargo Deck's chambers.
[The supplies consist of: - 1 Climber's Kit per character (PC and NPC) - 1 Hammer per character (PC and NPC) - 100 pitons - 5 100-foot lengths of hempen rope - 2 mess kits - Portable cooking surface - 2 barrels of water - 5 flasks of cooking oil - Chest containing 150 days rations - 5 lanterns with continual flame spells cast on them - 1/2 cord of precut firewood - 10 potion of healing (each in a metal flask)
Petty Officer Ryeback also carries a sending stone, paired with one kept by Boatswain Tarto.]
The rest of you are left to study the map of the tyrant ship that Tarto left you with, and plan how to carry the spelljamming helm to the Command Deck to install it.
[You've been dropped into the slightly smaller chamber to the left of the top access shaft on the cargo deck map. The galley is being set up in the slightly larger adjacent chamber. The chambers' walls, floor and ceiling are all perfectly smooth, featureless rock, and there are no hard corners, everything is smoothly filleted edges.]

Eris winks at Miken before being dropped off. She was very keen to transport the helm to the ship so they can fully operate the abandoned until she felt how heavy it was to lift it by herself even with her powersuit back to normal so she opted to analyze the map instead.
"Ok. Before we even get started on moving the chair, we need to find a support to latch our ropes onto in order to traverse through the wreckage safely. Even the map says clearly in red marking: 'construct an anchored rope ladder in one of the shafts'." She then pulls out a rope from her bag with her tail. "Icarus! Zoide! Da'Kal! Princess! Grab your ropes and tie them together tightly! I'll find somewhere to hook mine on and we'll get the rope ladder up and going from there."
Perception to find something to hold the rope on: 18

"What am I, chopped owlbear liver?" Veena pouts at having been left out of Eris's comments, and starts unpacking the climbing equipment from the supply crate. Eris looks around, but the surfaces here are all almost unnaturally smooth; good thing you've been supplied with a whole lot of pitons to make your own attachment points with.
You set to work constructing the ladder down one of the access shafts. It's hard work, though not particularly difficult [no skill check required], except the slightly tricky part where the shaft crosses the gravity plane and you start building up instead of down, and 8 hours later, you're tying off the ropes to the final pitons, securely hammered into the rock of the command deck.
[Which of the three access shafts do you build the ladder down. Just, you know, out of curiosity.]
(I guess we'll take the top shaft if that's alright with everyone.)
"Oh I'm sorry I didn't realise you were keen on coming with us!" Eris replies in a rather sweet manner (Though she knew the latter would follow the team, much to her disgust) "Alright guys make sure the ladder's secure and tight. We don't want this trip to be one-way only ok? I also need someone to help the "Nice lady (Veena)" carry the helm to the deck because it's too heavy for one person to carry it. If no one wants to volunteer, I'll do it."
Princess jumps in as well. Not at all perturbed with Eris taking charge, instead she seems just as keen as Eris on getting things ready to go. She follows Eris’ orders and volunteers to help with the chair.
With everyone helping, you're able to guide the helm through the access shaft without too much difficulty.
[At this point I need to be fairly clear where everyone is. Did anyone stay on the cargo deck, or has everyone come onto the command deck with the helm, in which case you're clustered around it in the top of the north corridor (just below the access shaft). If you proceed down the corridor, who's in the lead (presumably carrying the lantern), who's carrying the helm, etc. Feel free to decide where Veena is as well.]
[Hmm... I should make a battlemap for this, shouldn't I.]
Eris is taking the lead, making sure the Veena cooperates with the others who are lifting the helm with her and also chatting non-stop with the others offscreen.
