Deciding it was mere foolishness and not an incredibly ill-advised attack Gnash gets up from the table and follows the others outside. To his disappointment the hot air immediately begins to dry his scales and clothes. Turning to the gathering group he asks, "where to next then?"
Outside the closed tavern, Yurime notices the now-soaked Rashaken conversing generously with the waitress and the feeble wizard. As she glances back at the latter, she activates a terrible flashback where she was the one who lost control of her powers and, unlike the wizard, she ended up killing a lot of people. It was a horrific memory, but she barely shrugged it off in her head by thinking of some ancient Korean music. She hears Gnash asking what the team should do. And she didn't bring a towel with her otherwise she would have helped to dry Rashaken. "Maybe we can help Shak- Rashaken, sorry, get some fresh, dry bandages somewhere before we head off for real? He looks pretty soaked if you ask me and I don't want him to be feeling that way for the night. Also, I'm only suggesting this because I don't really know my way around this town. This is my first time venturing to a place outside my home and my temple..."
She desperately wanted to take out her flute and use Perfomance Of Creation to create fresh bandages, but knowing that the item only lasts for 2 hours, she decided to hold that thought.
OOC: Performance of Creation doesn't a have designated tooltip/link does it?
I put the coins back into my pouch and gave the waitress a silent nod. I did not press the issue on monetary recompensation and with a final glance at the hedge wizard left the tavern. It felt good to bask in the rays of the sun. Its warmth alleviated some of the cloth weighing me down. I took a moment to enjoy before I focused back on the here and now.
'The Merchants' quarter.' I replied to the question of where to go. 'I need to replace these, lest I be hindered in my movement. The waitress suggested we try over there.'
Upon hearing the words haggling, Three whispers so that only the group can hear: "Why haggle when you can just take it?"
'Because we are not thieves.' I replied to the inquiry in a tone that implied such a notion was self-evident. I began to make my way over to where I presumed the merchants would be.
Gnash was quickly reevaluating the potential strength this Tiefling wielded. Surely someone who disrespects the queen to her face, fails to complete their assigned duties as a court assassin, and proudly proclaims to be a thief openly in the streets must have some leverage or hidden power that would inspire such seemingly reckless confidence? Hopefully he's interested enough in the reward to not become a liability.
"Then be a thief on your own time assassin. We have a task and we won't be robbing the citizens of this city while we are supposed to be saving their lives. Let's go purchase you those bandages Sir Rashaken. And thank you for putting out that fire so diligently back inside."
The last rays of the sun warm you before slipping beyond the horizon, as the night sweeps over the city. Altharwa seems no less alive in the night time, however, as you pass many people on your way to the merchant quarter, (that is assuming no one has any further business in the tavern).
You arrive to a bazaar of brightly coloured tents, heralded by all manner of salesmen selling their wares. A cacophony of voices yelling all at once meets your ears as fey of all kind and brightly scaled dragonborn call you to their shops.
“Finejewellery sold here!” A tiny fairy squeaks, grabbing hold of Yurime’s finger and tugging it towards a deep indigo tent. “Come with me miss, I can deck you out in a far nicer crown then that one!”
“Oi! You in the bandages!” a strange, frog like creature (a bullywug) calls out to Rashaken. “We got potions and healing supplies galore! Head over to Manggagamot’s magical maladies today!”
This place is overwhelming and intoxicating, but among all of the tents only three really stand out to you as helpful. The bullywug’s green tent, shaped like a bottle, a black tent guarded by a dragonborn with the name ‘Ortogh and son weaponry' painted on a sign in messy hieroglyphs, and lastly, perhaps the most striking of all, a bright magenta tent at the very end of the quarter, adorned with floating lights that form the words: ‘The everlasting ever interesting traveling emporium of remarkable items.’

"Huh? Whose tugging my finger?" Yurime looks down and notices her index finger slipping into the tent. She attempts peer into the indigo flaps as everyone else investigates the other merchants. "What is going- EEK!!!" As she slips inside, the flaps lift open and then close behind her as she clumsily trips on her feet and lay on her belly for three seconds (which also causes her crown to fall off her head) before getting up. "Uhh... Where am I?" she deadpans as she quickly picks up her crown, reattaches it and scans the tent that is full of mysterious clothing that she hardly recognises.

Three, with obvious disinterest, perks up at the sight of the bright magenta tent, saying "Ooh. Finally, something interesting."
Without waiting for the others, Three walks into the magenta tent.
Khaddim watched as Yurime was taken to the shop by the fairy and Three going on his own to the magenta tent concerned of spliting up. "Wait! We need to stay- Ugh! Someone go with Three before he does something bad. I'll go with Miss Yurime." Said to the rest of the group before running after the woman taken by the fairy. He knew that the merchants had good eyes to spot anyone that could be manipulated by their silver tonges to buy thins at higher prices than their actual value, and let's say that Yurime did had the appearance and attitude of their primary targets.

(OOC: I want to know if I get to see Yurime without her crown or notice she is hiding something with it. Should I make a perception check or not?)
"You are in our shop!" the little fey squeaks to Yurime, calling over two other fairies eagerly. "Gold and Fine Jewellery from the Feywild - Welcome!"
A glittering silver fey with the lower body of a grasshopper flies over, pulling with her a tiara attached to a veil of some kind. "Do you want to be regal and glamorous? We specialise in making anyone feel just like a pharaoh."
"If you have the money, that is," a third fairy whispers, draping a heavy necklace of diamonds over the kumiho's neck. "Oh, this looks gorgeous on you. You simply have to buy it."
While Yurime contends with the merchants in that tent, Three enters the circular, magenta tent. The only other person in the shop is a satyr, whose back is turned to the door for the moment, searching the bookshelves that line the walls of the tent. Each shelf sags under the weight of all sorts of curious objects, other worldly and strange.
Rohar sees Yuri go one way, and Three go another. She really doesn't think anything of it, she knows nothing of the dangers of a mer hant bazaar. She is just amazed at it all.
She hears Khaddim say to follow Three, so she does. 'Why not' she thinks and follows him in the magenta tent.

"What?!"Yurime exclaims, whilst noticeably getting more moody. "I'm sorry but... I- I don't have any interest in being like a pharaoh, let alone trying to buy any expensive stuff. If anything, I'd rather spend my money on a cloak or a hooded robe that is not as discerning as my current outfit is."
"If you have the money, that is," a third fairy whispers, draping a heavy necklace of diamonds over the kumiho's neck. "Oh, this looks gorgeous on you. You simply have to buy it."
"Uh, thanks but no thanks, tiny guy" she abruptly responds whilst taking the necklace out off her slender neck, taking care not to let her crown slip off her head again and her fox ears being revealed a second time. "Like I said if anything, I'd rather something that can make me 'blend in' with the rest of the people. I'm really concerned about having my cover blown in front of unfamiliar fighters I have to work with."
Inside her head: Geez! What is wrong with these midgets?! It's not like I want to waste my money on some fancy items just because they can persuade me to! Besides, I've got better things to spend my gold on! *Realises something* Wait... I'm in the wrong tent...
She regains her posture and calms down. "Pardon my outbursts but... I don't have any interest in buying jewellery at the moment. It's was nice of you to offer me these beauties though and I appreciate it." She smiles so that tensions can ease a little. "As I said, I'm only interested in a new set of clothes. As Yurime holds her (actually cheap) trinket and prepares to raise her arms, Khaddim's worried voice caused her to freeze in place. For Khaddim, he can see her white, fluffy fox ears for the first time as they jolt feebly at the sound of his voice.
As for the now partially exposed Kumiho, she slowly tilts her head towards the entrance where the Half-Orc stands... And touches her own ears in fear when she realises her clumsiness would cost her that one day. Having seen the satyr in his own comfort zone, she made a muffled scream so as to not disturb him as she instantly breaks character, turns beet red and desperately reattached the crown, covering her ears in the process. "Y-Y Y- YOU DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING! YOU DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING!!!! I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING!!!!" she screams as silently as she can at Khaddim. Much to her embarrassment, she curls up into a ball in front of him and the fairies whilst trying not to cry or go feral again.

Khaddim notices the fox-like ears that Yumiko tried to hide, which took him by surprise. He then crouched close to her and gently put his hand on her shoulder. "I won't say anything if you want me to. Although I don't really understand why would you try to hide them since it would make people treat you even better than now, but you don't have to tell me." Said with an honest and caring smile.
The trek to the merchants' quarters was unremarkable save for an argument between Gnash and Three on the proprietary nature of items for sale. I merely hoped it would not come to blows between the two of them.
"Then be a thief on your own time assassin. We have a task and we won't be robbing the citizens of this city while we are supposed to be saving their lives. Let's go purchase you those bandages Sir Rashaken. And thank you for putting out that fire so diligently back inside."
'Speak nothing of it.'I replied. 'As said: I am here to help. Both the pharaoh and her people.'
It was all I managed to say before my attention was grabbed by a most unusual creature. A bipedal frog, barely coming up to my hip, addressed or rather shouted a sales pitch at me, the latter half of which was clearly rehearsed and repeated many times over. I pondered for a moment on what to do. When I looked around, I noticed that several of the others had already went their seperate ways into several shops. I trusted them to take care of themselves, some more than others, and resigned myself to the confines of the peculiarly bottle-shaped tent from which the frogman beckoned me. He had mentioned healing supplies and something mundane as bandages might be in large supply. With no better options at the moment, I tapped Gnash on his forearm and notified him of my intent, should he have need of me.
The sun had vanished from the sky and with nightfall the bandages shifted from merely wet to wet and cold. It was prudent to change them and change quickly. I pushed the tent flap covering the entrance aside and ventured into the shop named Manggagamot's Magical Maladies. The alliteration had a nice ring to it, even if I questioned the exact naming of the place.
