I dug around in the pouch on my belt. On the bottom beneath the bone dice I found what I was looking for and pulled out a fistful of coins.
'I have ten gold coins.' I told the others. I held the little pile of gold in my upturned hand for them to see. 'I know not what these can fetch but they are yours if needed.'
I shoved them back into the pouch and mingled them with the dice. The capital might be a bastion of civilisation but thievery was among the oldest professions and someone somewhere always wanted what someone else had. It was best for me not to give them the incentive.

My attention focused itself on miss Yurime upon the animalistic growling. 'Food, yes.' I replied in a matter-of-fact tone. 'We would do well to take that.'
'Interesting pronunciation.' I noted to Three the Tiefling. Whether it was an indication of his upbringing or merely a quirky accent reflective of his heritage I could not say.
Edit: switched text colour as to not overlap with Gnash' dialogue. Makes it easier for me to find my own comments :)
It doesn't take a perception check to notice a tavern nearby, as almost all of the commoners are making their way towards it. Chords of music flow out of the open doors, and the sign above it declares the tavern's name 'The Mummy's Meet'.

Rohar will follow Rashaken. "Wow, you have money! How did you get money as a slave, my owner would have flayed me had he found money on me." She looks with wide eyes at the gold. "If you or Yurime, or any of the rest of you." She says to the group. "Help me now, I will pay you back when I am able."
(OOC: I am also changing to red to avoid being the same as Yurime.)
Gnash reaches into a small pouch at his hip and after some light clinking pulls out a handful of coins. He extends his hand to the Goliath woman and says, "Here, take this and spend it as you will. It is not much but I require little beyond what the priesthood already provides me with. No repayment is necessary." Gnash pauses for a moment and then continues, "you may wish for one of the others to purchase your wares for you though. I fear even with the blessing of her highness you may find the prices are higher for one such as yourself."
"Uh...uh right. Shall we go then, Sha- I MEANT- Rashaken and... Rohar w... was it?" she asks whilst scrambling through the inside of her kimono's pockets, almost carelessly revealing herself and dropping some gold when she found her Sakura coloured purse. Her anxiety is obviously worsening from both hunger and the thought of trying to coexist with others that can easily yeet her to the astral plane in one hit.
"Here. Take this." She hesitantly hands Rohar some money in a separate small pouch once Gnash hands his expenses. "You don't have to repay me back in money, really. All I ask is that we get along and not treat each other awfully even when the mission ends. I just can't stand the thought of hoarding all of this to myself. But... please spend it wisely ok? Money won't always last forever."
Gnash hands Rohar gold, "I am eternally in your debt, I dont know how to thank yo...." Then Yurime hands her more gold.
Everyone can see the emotion rolling through the big goliaths face and body as she tries to understand why anyone would be so kind to someone like her. Yesterday she was a slave, today she has a sword, a sheild and GOLD. She has GOLD in her hand.
"I don't understand, as a slave, we learn that money is the most important thing in society, we are bought and sold with money, my life has never had value or worth, I have never held a gold peice. But you amazing people give it away so freely, and do not even ask for repayment." She looks at Gnash and Yurime. "You are changing my thoughts about everything. I... I... I just don't know what I am supposed to think right now."
What she thought of everyone is so wrong.. how could she be so wrong. Three is a slave, like her and Rashaka. Gnash and Yurime is caring and giving.
"I will repay you both somehow. With my actions, with my friendship if you would have it. Surely there is someway to earn this"
Rohar is not hungry.. too much happening to be hungry..
Mildly caught off guard by the display of such raw emotion Gnash responds, "you carry enough burdens, do not worry about repayment. Aid us in this task and it will have been a meager investment."
"Money can buy much but it won't bring you freedom on its own. Although... it can buy you some rather nice chains," he says absently tapping the golden armor adorning him with a forced smile.
"But enough on that, if we do not get Lady Hanasaki some food soon I fear we may start another rumor of monsters loose in the city with all that growling." A dry raspy sound escapes from Gnash that you can only assume is a laugh as he begins striding over to the tavern door.

I stared blankly at the Goliath woman. 'Tis mine.'I replied to her question. 'I am no one's slave.' I unhooked the pouch from my belt and offered it. 'It's yours if need be: I have no want of it for now.'
I undid the drawstring and pulled out a single bone die. 'Except the dice. I would like to keep those.'

It was a good proposal. 'A fine suggestion. Miss Yurime sounds like she could eat my portion as well.' I followed the crocodile man in his stride over to the tavern.

"No, I no longer need it, everyone has been so kind to me." Rohar says beaming a smile. "You keep yours, I'll keep mine. Isn't it so nice to have money?" I think I want to spend some of it. I have never spent money before." She realizes that she is rambling and stops. 'I have got to get ahold of myself. I probably look like a child to these people.'
Khaddim remained in silence wihle everyone was talking, he didn't want to ruin the moment of happines for Rohar and only smiled when looking how happy she was, it remainded him to himself when his mother told him stories about the world when he was a boy. "I must've had that look on my face with your stories mom...I'll do this for you. When I'm free I'll buy you from them and you will never be treated like a slave anymore, I promise." thought while faceing the sky whit his eyes closed smileing for a brief moment.
"So, it looks like everyone agrees on eating before officially starting our mission. Well then, after you." Said after taking a step to the side while slightly bowing and doing a gesture with his arm to let the group enter the tavern before him.
As you walk into the tavern, you are greeted with the noise of a hundred conversations, the laughter of children and the jovial tunes of a group of halflings playing horns, tambourines and lyres in the centre of the tavern. This place is really busy, so only a few people notice you come in, though those that do eye Rashaken and Gnash warily before returning to their drinks. A few of them snicker at the slaves.
"Wow, they'll just let anyone in these days," a drunk human nearby croons.
"Nah, nobles and priests take their slaves everywhere with them." his water genasi friend replies. "Just ignore the riff raff...or else you'll lose your appetite."
At that moment, a waiter pushes her way through the crowds to you. "Sorry, we're a little short staffed at the moment. What can I get you? We're running a special on Koshari tonight. Two silver per plate!"
