Droop says to the group, “mmay iii hahave a dddragon tooth.... I hhhave nnever killed anything before.”

*leans against a wall and slips into a trance like state

Midway through the night Arafiel hears strange sounds from the southwestern part of the town.  The sounds are coming from an area you have not been in yet. Ritual chanting mixed with human voices.

OOC:  Didn't get a chance to reply to an earlier post until now.

Boghadair walks up to Droop and hands him the largest dragon tooth.  "You fought this Dragon with as much courage as any of us."

Droop strips off a length of leather from the studded leather armor that was recovered from the dead elf (spider victim). Using his leather working skills, he fashions a necklace for the tooth.  In tears he says thank you and moves to the edge of the group studying the tooth.

Arafiel summons Jester from her pocket dimension and sets her out to watch the approaches to camp

then sits quietly listening trying to make out the voices

OOC: is jester going to the noises or staying nearby?

Tyrus will take second watch and read the dwarven axe.

To Tyrus:  Runes in Dwarvish on the axe head read, “Hew,” and the rust is misleading. Hew is a +1 battleaxe that deals maximum damage when the wielder hits a plant creature or an object made of wood. The axe’s creator was a dwarf smith who feuded with the dryads of a forest where he cut firewood. Whoever carries the axe feels uneasy whenever he or she travels through a forest.

Ooc Jester is just watching the approaches as an extra set of eyes.

Since Tyrus is up with me i tell him what i hear and the direction

No other events throughout the night.  All characters can roll hit dice for healing.  Morning has come.The chanting sounds have subsided.  Sounds of nature have started to return to this area.

After a few minutes of morning exercises, Thagakh goes to the right path from before with the only one building not inspected yet.

OOC:  looks like you figured it out 

Before going to sleep, Akaas teaches Droop how to meditate. They both meditate for an hour.

Initially Droop has trouble even closing his eyes to meditate.  He continually looks around for danger or to see if the rest of the group is making fun of him.

After a few minutes of patience by Akaas and nothing else happening, Droop relaxes enough to meditate.  Images of others teasing and torturing him dominate his thoughts.  Finally a memory of before his captivity, a time when he would work with leather to make things for his tribe causes him see a deeper purpose.  His final thoughts before resting are of the fear that he overcame to strike the dragon.

Droop says to Akaas,  “Ththank you.....( clears his throat) Thank you Master.”

Arafiel tells the rest about the chanting and the direction it came from

Then puts Jester back in her pocket dimension

OOC: Thagakh wants to go to the right back the way you came to check the remaining house.  The sounds were to the left in an area you have not passed yet.

Boghadair will follow Thagakh and help protect him from any other threats at that building.
