There is a door on your left or a curtain straight ahead. You hear low noises in both directions.

In the direction of the curtain you hear goblin voices but you can not tell what they are saying. From the door on the left you hear hobgoblin and bugbear voices again you can’t tell what they are saying.

Past the curtain is an open space with doors to the left and right. Further into the area is a small hallway with an exterior door and another door near it. The door to the left has the hobgoblin and bugbear talking. The door to the right is quiet except for random scraping sounds. The door at the far end has sounds of goblins arguing and water running.

The western portion of this large hall ends in a wall of rubble, but the remainder is still intact. This must once have been the castle’s banquet hall, with a soaring ceiling twenty-five feet high. Two large wooden tables with plain benches stand in the middle of the room, and a brass brazier full of glowing coals is tucked into one corner. Dirty dishes, half-full stewpots, moldy heels of bread, and gnawed bones cover the tables.
Seven goblins are there to assist one big fat goblin in the cooking responsibilities for the castle. Only the fat one is armed.
With all of the surprise from Ian, three of the goblins slip and fall to the ground. Ian misses all attacks.
Initiative 1st round... Boghadair, arafiel, Thagakh, Tyrus.... goblins.... Johnson will need to wait one round to enter the room.... too crowded.
Boghadair fires off an arrow at the only armed goblin. He stays close to the door, so he does not block his companions from entering, nor get too close to a goblin.

The door is unlocked and from the time spent with Droop you recognize that one goblin is cussing at two others. The sounds are like a kitchen.

Thagakh transforms into a wereboar and performs the rite of the storm on his greatsword as he watches Ian ready to enter the room.
