I need to take a breather before we run into anything else.

ooc: if no one wants them i’d like 1 or both decks of cards, and i would probably try to examine the statue found ( let me know if i need to roll anything for it). I also retrieve me daggers from where they ended up.

if we are doing a short rest i can due a ritual spell of detect magic on the stuff

 that’s quite fasinating, i’m looking for historical signifigance to the idol, but magical power would be most interesting as well.

"It doesn't matter to me when we divy up the loot, as long as I get my fair share in the end.  While we have a moment though,  I thought you were going to stay with the wagons, Arkaas? "

OOC:  Speaking of wagons,  do we have enough room on our wagons to bring all the stuff here that we've found? 

OCC:  Kelli didn’t want to be on this much so she/he pulled out.... unfortunately ran into a pack of goblins... you all can divide what she had.

The wagons could carry everything if everyone walks.

Does Johnson want to drink the potion to heal up?

ooc: i’d prefer to just short rest but if the everyone else wants to continue i will use the potion. also if noone wants them i’m going to take the two daggers the bugbears had and see if Kelli had anything of use on them... they can’t use it anymore.

"We may benefit from taking some time to rest, but remember why we are here. Our employer may not be able to afford the time."

Tyrus voices his concern.

Boghadair feels pretty rested,  and doesn't mind taking watch while others rest.  Ready to cross that bridge whenever the group is ready.

While the party is searching through the treasure and making decisions, the sounds of banging metal and cussing goblins is heard heading from across the bridge.  Boghadair sees three goblins carrying a large cauldron of streaming food.  They do not see you yet.

OOC:  please remember that one of the goblins was knocked unconscious and not killed.

so search kelli and move on? is it agreed?  Johnson take the daggers and drink a potion

ooc: if there movement then scratch my previous post. i drink the potion, get stealthy and prepare to line up a shot.

just say the word and i’ll take the shot. they’ll likely run so we need to put them down quickly. someone do something with unconcious one, I don’t feel like getting stabbed in the back and while I’d love to speak to it... nows not the time.

Kelli had a light crossbow and 20 bolts, an arcane focus staff, an explorer’s pack, and two daggers. She was wearing no armor and had 15 gp, 27 sp, and 5 cp.

Ian draws his bow to shoot a goblin as soon as the group is noticed.

Attack: 6 Damage: 10

if Ian takes the shot, I shoot an arrow at the goblin furthest away and then back up to let the big guys get in close.

Attack: 17 Damage: 9

ooc: if there’s no objection, i’m interested in the daggers and the crossbow and bolts... when things settle down of course.

Ian misses.  Johnson kills a goblin.  The other two drop the cauldron taking damage 4 each.

Attack order should be boghadair, Akaas, Johnson, arafiel, Ian, Tyrus 

The goblins pause for one round out of shock from the burning liquid and surprise at the attack.  They are unarmed.
