"Well, if you're not taking a rest old Akaas, Thagakh wouldn't too. Let's go and join Johnson."
The half-orc gets up, takes the grappling hook and the rope back, and gets at least a limb from the cooked cave creature as a snack while they are walking.
To Johnson: You are on the west side of the crevasse. There are two bridges to the other side both look weak, the one closest looks weaker. There is a Hall with a stairway close to you. At the end of that hallway are doors to the left and right. To the left you can hear insults and cussing in goblin tongue. To the right it sounds like humans gambling. At the far end of the crevasse chamber is another hallway with stairs. Door on left here is the same humans gambling. The door on the right you hear sounds like faint bubbling and dripping sounds. To search more requires you to cross the crevasse.
wispering to the others door one has something speaking in goblin, door to sounds like some gamblers. door three has some kind of bubbling sound. i think we should go for door two and catch them off guard. if we’re lucky the others won’t notice
ooc: i’m recommending the far hallway entrence across from the bubbling. i’ll take alternative if anyone has a preference. either way...
To Johnson: The bridge closest to where you all entered the through the tunnel seems to be rigged to collapse under weight. The second bridge is safe to travel. Much more foot traffic in this area of the room. Once across the bridge turning to the north you find stacks of supplies mainly food. There are two secret doors in this area. One is to the West and One is to the East. From listening to the door to the west you can hear the faint sounds of paper , the sound is not consistent. From listening to the door to the east, you can hear sounds very faintly of whimpering and soft crying. When you investigate the southern most part of the Large room with the crevasse, you find a long hallway with two turns that end in another secret door. You think you might recognize the voices coming from there. The voices are talking in common tongue.

ooc: based on the layout from outside do i recignize the voices behind the southern door as the members of our party? If so let the others know and use the door to try and reconnect with our group. I will catch them up on the details so far as I know and probably suggest we check out some of the rooms. My preferences (and i’ll Let people weigh in) 1) whimpering noises (someone in trouble?) 2) rustling papers (isolated enemy?) 3) gamblers (ambush opportunity) 4) goblin cursing (more goblins?). I also suggest we take some people alive because they may have important information. Once we have settled on a starting point, I’ll prepare to lead an ambush.
Akaas agrees with Johnson. But I guess we have to decide first if we're going to actually open the door. What does Thagakh hear with that great perception roll?

The half-orc whispers back
"Thagakh thinks if a fight happens, the other room will hear it. We will be between two groups of enemies, that would be bad.
Thagakh suggests we should check the entrance where our other members entered and join them."
you raise a good point my literal minded friend, perhaps we should catch up with our comrades and meet somewhere in the middle.
both bridges look weak so i’d like to make sure they don’t seem rigged
27 to investigate the bridges
if both seem fine i will still use the one that seemed sturdiest (the furthest one in your description)
ooc: once i get to the other side i would continue to search the room for traps or anything out of the ordinary. investigation: 22

The half-orc stops chewing the half-eaten limb and checks the sound coming from both doors.
