Frandal's first arrow shatters against the stone wall behind the wights; his second arrow plunges into the wight's mid-section but, somewhat surprisingly, doesn't seem to harm the creature as much as one would expect.
Everyone:Combat round 1 has concluded. Both wights begin the round engaged in melee combat with Kurt. W1 has lost 25 hit points (10 fire damage from Arissa; 8 fire damage from Xellos; 7 piercing damage from Frandal) and W2 has lost 37 hit points (20 fire damage from Arissa; 17 fire damage from Xellos).
Kurt's scimitars successfully slash the wight three times over. The second attack (with the non-magical blade) is noticeably less effective than the other two attacks with the magical scimitar. The first wight (W1) is severely wounded but remains standing; a look, part desperation and part renewed fury, crosses its face. (Kurt causes 22 points of slashing damage to W1 because damage from attack #2 is halved).
Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
The first wight absorbs the damage from Xellos's magic missile spell and, despite the extensive damage it has sustained, continues its approach toward Arissa. The next action belongs to Ozum.
The wight falls to its knees, and its longsword clangs sharply against the stone floor. Its glowing eyes, just before going dim, lock onto Arissa's eyes, the last thing it sees before collapsing face down.
(W1 has been slain; the only remaining enemy in the cellar is W2, which stands in space # 11). Actions remaining in this round: Ozum, DM, and Frandal.
(CON saving throw for the last wight: 4; it sustains 3 HP cold damage)
The last wight, grasping the hopelessness of its situation, chooses to disengage and ascend the stairs, which allows it to disappear from view.
The five of you look around the cellar, where you see the remains of six undead creatures: five skeletons and one wight. You also are able to make sense of the shattering noise that announced your presence. Attached to the door of the wine cellar is a length of light rope that is connected to a small wooden stool that is now tipped over on the floor. Next to the stool is a large area covered by glass fragments. Seemingly, when Ozum pulled the door open, the wooden stool (which had several bottles perched on it) tipped over and thereby caused the bottles to break when they struck the floor.
Behind you is the wine cellar and secret entrance; before you is the set of stairs that leads to the ground floor.
EDIT: The Wall of Fire was still in effect at the time the wight ascended the stairs; so it takes another 20 points of fire damage before leaving the cellar.
Ozum looks at the broken glass dejectedly. "Sorry, I should have been more careful. We have to move, the one that ran will certainly alert any others so we cannot stay here." He reaches into his rust colored pouch and pulls out a furry ball.
"Undead using traps to guard the secret entrance. I am afraid we are too late. Let's find and destroy them and try to find any clue for Ro Vena and her fate."

Kurt:
You bound up the stairs and enter the next room, which you immediately recognize as a kitchen. There are no other creatures in the room other than the wight that just tried to escape the cellar. You can tell that the wight has very little life and strength remaining; two encounters with the Wall of Fire and one encounter with Aganazzar's Scorcher have taken their fiery toll on the undead monster. Still wielding its longsword, it turns to face you for one last battle.
15 Damage: 6 | 19 Damage: 6
The wight fails to land any of its sword attacks.
The initiative order has now been broken up a bit; you were the first one to dash up the stairs.

Map of the kitchen (ground floor) as everyone reaches the top of the cellar stairs:
EDIT: Frandal used his last action to dash as well; so the elf is also within attacking range of the wight.
So, whoever posts next (Kurt or Frandal) can take the next round of attack on the wight. :)

Attack: 22 Damage: 7Seeing the wight trying to make a last stand, the elf unseathes his sword and tries to cut him with the same movement, rising his sword from the hip to the shoulder, and with a movement of his wrist, cut it again when the sword descends.
He will cast True Strike as a bonus action and will use his action to attack twice the wight, first one with advantage.
