The dark knight's attack on Xellos strikes one of the mirror images; so, rather than four images of Xellos, there are now three. The dark knight's attacks on Frandal leave the elf lifeless as he slumps to the ground. Arconius, still blind from Bharash's sunbeam attack, makes yet another attempt to strike Ozum with a ray of frost (legendary action attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 18)

The healing potion stabilizes Frandal, who sputters and coughs a bit as he regains consciousness. Arconius eludes Ozum, who fails to connect with the swing of his club. But the druid's heat metal continues to damage the dark knight, whose armor has been glowing hot the entire battle.
Bharash then speaks to all of you, telepathically, for the telepathic bond is still in effect. "Friends of Syndaris, flee! We are overmatched!" The wizard then hurls a fire bolt at Arconius (Attack: 12 Damage: 12)
Arconius, no longer blinded by the sunbeam spell, then retaliates. Seeking to paralyze the wizard with his paralyzing touch, Arconius reaches out with one hand (Attack: 21 Damage: 11)
DC 18 CON save for Bharash (if necessary):21
Kurt and Arissa:Your actions are next; the dark knight's will follow.
"Hey Arconius! Come here, I'm just litching to kill you!"
Arissa walks towards Arconius, hoping he will burst into hideous laughter.

WIS save for Arconius: 29
Arconius, unaffected by Arissa's spell, grins at her pun and decides to show his appreciation by casting Ray of Frost at her. (Legendary action attack: 15 Damage: 13)
Kurt removes a stopper from a healing potion and quickly drains the contents (8 regained) while the armored knight continues his onslaught, swinging once again at images of Xellos. (Longsword attack 1: 26 Damage: 9 + 11 necrotic damage if a hit)
If the knight's first longsword attack destroys a mirror image, then he will attack a a different image of Xellos (Longsword attack 2: 20 Damage: 13 + 23 necrotic damage if a hit). If, however, the knight's first longsword attack actually strikes Xellos, then the knight ceases his attacks and uses his speed to move 30' and position himself near Arconius.
If his second longsword attack destroys a mirror image, then, for his third attack, the knight swings at the true Xellos (Longsword attack 3: 12 Damage: 10 + 14 necrotic damage if a hit); If, however, the knight's second longsword attack actually strikes Xellos, then the knight ceases his attack and uses his speed to move 30' and position himself near Arconius.
(The next round has begun and Frandal's turn is next, followed by Xellos' and Ozum's).

(OOC: Sorry I am little confused on positions of the enemies in particular of the death knight so I will post three possible turns for Frandal, just pick the one that adjust to the actual conditions and rules )
Option 1: ( If I can take a bonus action instead of the regular action in one turn - meaning; Action turned into BA and BA)
Barely conunscious and still feeling the cold pain of the knight's sword, Frandal mutters some words in draconic and with a little bampf sound he dissapears from the street and reappears in the ceiling of one of the nearby buildings. He takes a moment to apply some preassure to the most grevious of his wounds while using their telephatic bond to say to Barash: "We are not leaving you, neither your Fragment."
OOC: Bonus Action: Misty Step. Action to Bonus Action: Second Wind for: 13 HP
Option 2: If the Death Knight is still near Frandal.
Barely conunscious and still feeling the cold pain of the knight's sword, Frandal mutters some words in draconic and with a little bampf sound he dissapears from the street and reappears in the ceiling of one of the nearby buildings.Despite the pain of his wounds he will not fail the rest of his comrades and orders the eagle to distract the Death Knight and fires two arrows at him:
BA: Misty Step
Attack: 24 Damage: 22
Extra roll for elven accuracy: 23
Attack: 9 Damage: 19
He then says to Barash mentally: "We are not leaving you, neither your Fragment."
Option 3: The Death Knight is not at melee range from him and is near Arconius
He will use the bonus action to take the Second Wind ( rolled above) and his regular action to attack the Death Knight ( rolled above) and his full movement to walk away from both Arconius and the Death Knight, almost to prevent the later to come back and finish him again XD
As he fires he will talk to Barash as stated above.
Sorry for the mess!
Edit: beign checking rules and option1 is a no go so just ignore it please, just take into account the distance between the death knight and Frandal, plus if it is applicable: sneak attack damage: 1
Frandal continues to gain strength; the elf now stands and fires an arrow that unfortunately ricochets off the dark knight's armor. Frandal then moves directly south, creating greater distance between himself and the enemy. Arconius, despite showing clear indications of being weakened and wounded, obstinately continues to cast Ray of Frost. (Legendary action attack directed at Arissa: 17 Damage: 26)
Xellos' action is next, followed by Ozum's (thereafter, Bharash and Arconius will take their turns).
The knight's armor continues to glow and do damage to the dark knight as Ozum attempts to strike Arconius. The lich evades the attack and immediately thereafter seizes Bharash's paralyzed left hand and the knight's right hand while uttering something in Draconic. After Arconius speaks his final word, he, along with the knight and Bharash, vanish.
Frandal and Xellos:
In Draconic, Arconius said, "Come with us and your friends will be spared, Windhover!" Then, after a brief pause, "To the Lament!"

"We failed. Again. Sariel is hopefully safe, but we cannot be sure."
Arissa searchs for anything they might have left behind.

Frandal's arrow can be heard clattering along the street; then Sariel responds via the telepathic bond created by Bharash. "I believe I'm outside the city. Next to the tree that was our teleport destination earlier today. How do things stand in Talisten?"
Kempis chimes in as well. "The guards and I are pursuing undead in the northern part of the city. The fight goes well, and the enemy's numbers are dwindling."
There is no response from Bharash, however.
Arissa finds 4 of the arrows fired by Frandal during the battle.
*Sariel, he got Bharash. I don't know where they might have gone, but now your safety must be our priority until we can figure out how to save Bharash.*
Arissa shouts out a short vocal burst of Sylvan full of frustration and confusion.

Sariel's thoughts drift to all of you. "Bharash....Gone?...Unbelievable....What now?"
All of you hear the approaching sound of running feet and the clank of armor and shields. The Chancellor, as instructed by Xellos a few minutes ago, arrives on the scene with five members of the Talisten guard. He is sweating profusely and obviously out of breath. His eyes dart to and fro as he attempts to understand what might have happened to all of you during his absence. "I have gathered all the swords I can. We are here to help, friends of Syndaris."
*Sariel I am sending Celebquesse to you, we are going to escort you back to the city. They said something about the Lament. Kempis you brought the first good news of the night, be wary but I think the whole attack was just but a distraction to bring the Windhovers out and take their Fragments*
He recovers the arrows from Arissa thanking her.
“ Well done Chancellor. Secure the streets. We are going to retrieve Sariel and we should think in our next step. Dark times ahead Chancellor, better to prepare everyone for them.”
Once they are walking ( or on horseback if there are avaible) to pick up Sariel he says “ Most of my attacks weren’t effective against that Death Knight. I need to improve my equipment if we are going to battle such threats..”
