Lyris opens the door and you can see a giant floating sphere with the Prophet inside suspended in the middle of the room. There are two holes beside a small circle in front of the sphere.
"Prophet? We made it, now we're here to save you!" Would you like to say anything?
"Whoa," says Alessa. "What does that mean? Are you going to be imprisoned here forever? Isn't there any way to destroy the sphere? Why is this 'Prophet' so important that you would sacrifice yourself for him?"
"The Prophet knows the way. He was a great figure before the King of Worms stole everything from him. He knows better than I how to escape. And I'm sure you'll find me again."
You can sense something is off. But not off enough for Lyris to notice.
Lyris steps into the circle and two orbs surrounded by metal cubes come out of the holes on the ground. Lyris says "Put your hands on the pinions so that the transfer can take place"
OOC: As a heads up my company throws a conference once a year, so I will be flying down to that on Saturday and coming back Wednesday, I will probably be able to post in early morning and late evening but most likely not during the day at all.
"I just want to be gone from this place as quickly as possible."
"Such as....?" queries Alessa, wondering what else there is to do in this dreary place.
"Fair enough, then. Onward"
Lyris opens the door and you can see a giant floating sphere with the Prophet inside suspended in the middle of the room. There are two holes beside a small circle in front of the sphere.
"Prophet? We made it, now we're here to save you!" Would you like to say anything?
What does the Prophet look like? Are they human? Is there a discernible gender? Appear to be a warrior, wizard, or what?
He seems to be a wizard. He's an old man with a robe and a wooden staff. He is human
Stalks-In-Shadows looks to Lyris "And how are we to get him out?"
"Well, that's the part I neglected to mention. Someone has to take his place. Unless any of you volunteer, that person is going to be me."
"Whoa," says Alessa. "What does that mean? Are you going to be imprisoned here forever? Isn't there any way to destroy the sphere? Why is this 'Prophet' so important that you would sacrifice yourself for him?"
"And who is to lead us out of here if you are imprisoned? Does the Prophet know the way?"
"The Prophet knows the way. He was a great figure before the King of Worms stole everything from him. He knows better than I how to escape. And I'm sure you'll find me again."
"Uh, okay. It's your life, I guess. Or, death? Anyway, Let's get moving."
Stalks-In-Shadows looks around the room for any threats.
Perception: 7

Lyris steps into the circle and two orbs surrounded by metal cubes come out of the holes on the ground. Lyris says "Put your hands on the pinions so that the transfer can take place"
"Who, us?"
"Is that safe?"
OOC: Also did we lose danabth as well?
Yeah apparently we lost danabth. I may send something out later recruiting people
Lyris says, "It's about as safe as looking a gift daedroth in the maw, but it's the only way
Alessa shrugs, "Well, I'm dead already, how much worse can it get?" She places her hand on one of the pinions.
Stalks-In-Shadows will look skeptically at the other pinion and watch Alessa touch hers, before approaching and touching the other.
