Zhernon nods at Tilsu. "We can do that. Hope town isn't looking for us. We should go sooner then. I'm ready when you are." Zhernon stood up and stretched and put their things together and thanks Delbyn again for his hospitality.

(Nat 1 on stealth roll. Of course.)

"I was born ready!" Twig exclaims, jumping out of the chair. "Oh, and I could always sneak in there and swipe your shield back if you want Roland." She rubs her hands together thinking about how she'd manage to hide the shield somehow. It would be a marvelous challenge.

"Use the backstreets, they only know yours and Twig's face. And sure, let's meet up there." Tilsu says as she heads for the door, "Let's head out." She'll answer to Zhernon

As you make your way into the street you see wanted posters for Twig and Delbyn with a reward of 1000gp if captured alive. You hear the murmur of folks talking about the wanted posters and how the militia under Commander Dietrich is mobilized.

From time to time you run into people in the back streets.

Please roll stealth. Twig. The others may want get some cloaks to cover your armor as the guards question anyone deemed suspicious.

 (( Ok, I presume we would have said what we wanted from the market. Anyone want anything in particular?

Roland is going to first look for cloaks in the market, one for each of us if they're cheap enough. He'll try to avoid guards, but will also use a cantrip to make his armor a darker, dingy grey so as to (hopefully) stand out less.

IF he finds the cloaks quickly, he'll then find a deserted alley before slipping one on himself, and then go to look for the other wanted items.

Tilsu will just walk into the inn, giving a nod and a "Good morning." to the officers as she enters the inn.

If the guards are looking for Zhernon in a guard uniform, they will ditch the uniform and just go in as themselves. If the guards are looking for their natural form, they will cast disguise self to appear as an old man, and either way follow Tilsu inside to look for the shield.

Yes you find the cloaks rather fast and they cost 5 sp each. A guard gives you a look, but walks on by as he thinks the armor is of poor quality. Probably something left from you forefathers.

Roland has the cloak on.

The guard nods, but keeps an eye on Tilsu, but ignores Zhernon disguised as an old man..

Kaphi is seen at her desk with a worried expression as she looks at Tilsu and not the old man She wrings her hands. "You should not have come back. I am sorry they threatened my Inn. I had to tell them I saw you with the young girl"

The door opens and the 2 guards come in with their blades out. "Move away old man." he points at Tilsu "Come with us, your wanted for questioning"

They are standing 5 ft from Tllsu.

Twig giggles a little bit when she see's her poster. She'd known it would only have been a matter of time before her face showed up on papers around this island. Wanted posters always followed in her wake. She takes the hint though, and makes sure to avoid the eyes of the guards.

(Where does Twig go? to the Inn or to the market or somewhere else)

Since the guards are at the door, she slips off and waits for the others to come back out of the inn. If she can, she will try to stay along the side of the building and watch what's happening from a window, as well as keeping an eye out for any suspicious activity out on the street.

"I'd be happy to help, sir, but the girl you are talking about, is that her?" Tilsu shoves the guard towards her with her telekinesis while also making the front door fly open.

Zhernon will use the distraction to make their way to the counter to ask about a room and then attempt to make their way upstairs. (stealth 24)

Roland was glad to have found the cloaks at the price he did; he stuffed the three others in his backpack, carrying it under his cloak to obscure the outline of his sword at his waist. It was a little awkward, but he tried to convince himself that carrying the weight in such an odd position was good exercise.

 Trying to think of what might be needed, he returned to the market, and purchased a few more items.

The guards quickly turns and looks out the door. "Where she go?"

The other guard says "Look for her and I will take this one back with me."

Guard 1 rushes out looking for Twig around the area.

Twig sees him searching and heading to the side in case she ran into the alley.

Guiard 2 looks at Tilsu "Drop your weapons and put your hands above your head"

Zhernon easily makes it upstairs.
