Ozzy breezes through the obstacle course, taking some of the observers by surprise at his dexterity for someone of his build and size. He will finish his perfect run and stand next to the sneering elf. He offers a wink and says "Nothing compared to some of the tasks I did on my old ship." not waiting for a reply, he turns to observe the rest of the members. Once they are done, he will pull out the little notebook he keeps in his pocket and scribbles down notes and observations he made of the other challengers.
Upon the call to attention, Ozzy does react, albeit very slowly and is the last to pull into line, standing at the back of the group.

Though still recovering from the earlier bid of exercise even Dimbo snapped more swiftly to attention this time around in seeing Zelacious struck away. And while some shock held him place for a moment more, the plasmoid takes one look at the offered helmet, and then tried to move past him to try and put himself between the Master Chief and Zalacious. Even if he couldn't quite manage as much in time however, he'd say all the same with a bit of a nervous tinge to his voice, "Now hold on a moment, Master Chief. I believe something was said before along the lines of, uh, w-well, more like a question was posed about how a crew might, uh, address matters of trust. And, well.. uhm..."
Although he had no need to do so, his head seemed to swivel around to look to Zelacious and then back to the Master Chief. "Should it not be up to the crew in question to handle any, uh, disciplinary measures? I-I understand that by all accounts you are the superior here, and sh-should be, uh, er, th-that you have the final say 'n all that. B-but.. u-uh... mayhaps this once you might leave the matter to us to address? O-Or barring that, allow me to sit in on the, uh, disciplinary actions for future reference and, uh, assure my crewmate here isn't, uh... recieves the adequate punishment and no more than.. that." He finishes on that awkward note. But if refused or if things seem as if they might escalate, then... Dimbo would grudgingly not give ground without putting forth some resistance.
Still somewhat nonplussed by the situation, Vargach moves over to help Zelacious up after that attack. He is not totally sure what is going on, but is concerned that the man in charge allowed himself to be provoked by mere words--words that were interrupted before they could be completed at that.

Vargach realises upon further reflection that what provoked the backhander was that Zakacious had been disrespectful of the chief calling him a hairless halfwit. Vargach probably wouldn’t consider hairless to be an insult - he after all has no hair himself - but he would probably recognise that the term halfwit was insulting.
Shean, feeling pain in every muscle he has, interposes himself between the Master Chief and Zalacious.
“I must agree with my colleague here” says pointing to Dimbo “ And you cannot blame him for being snappy and honest, at least from his point of view. After all he hasn’t volunteered like the rest of us. Now tell me Master Chief. Do you want him to be always trying to flee and being un respectful, in the verge of mutiny even, or do we want him to be a productive member of the crew. I can assure you that we will need his skills out there. Let us handle this will ya?”
Nicolae took the offered gold helmet and tucked it under an arm. He watched, that same smirk on his face that always seems to be there, as the hadozee was smacked by the chief. "Now how did that go? One should not carry out an action if one is unwilling to handle the consequences? No it was better than that, it rhymed or something... ah yes I remember now!" He looks over at the hadozee. "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."
Nicolae takes no action to involve himself in the current situation.
Master Chief's backhand wakes Naidania from her stupor, and she salutes. It takes a fraction of a second for her to realize that there was no need, so now she's no sure what to do with her hand, so she just leave it there. When he's talking she says "Yes Sir!" and puts down her hand.

The Master Chief looks at Shean and says “I did say that but the problem is from what I’m hearing and seeing for myself I’m not seeing a lot of discipline - self or team - being displayed. I will not tolerate disrespect being shown to officers of this academy or any of its staff. That said I’ll give you one more chance to keep your colleague under control. I would however suggest he not run his mouth off at the Old Wolf as he will not be as gentle as I was. Now get this chest up the Old Wolf’s quarters.”

(@Frandal: If that's what you put original, then it's fine. Sometimes there's visual errors for rolls.)
(@Kaemgen: Technically Vargach and Dimbo at the very least had the higher 'initiative', unless there was another visual bug. But Dimbo was spent trying to calm things down and Var was reflecting(?). Neither of which being immediately helpful either way. z.z;)

(Vargach on his initiative was just moving over to help Zelacious up…Not that he needs aid to stand, but more of a moral support gesture. He is not expecting combat and is not doing anything else with his turn this round…though if he sees Zel draw steel and prepare to attack, he will use his attack of opportunity as Zel leaves his threatened area to try to grapple and restrain him before he can get himself into more trouble…)

Can any party member that wants to be involved till initiative. If you want to not act pls advise if that is the case.
