Von stabilizes as much as the unstable can. 

I stand over the beaten orc for a moment, with a mixture of anger and a bit of pride. But I can't leave my friend lying in the dirt, even if she was being a drunken idiot.

I check her over and probably make some attempt to do some medical intervention (for RP purposes, I know that actually rolling a Medicine check would be redundant since Von passed the death saves).

I shake the seemingly catatonic sheriff and have him put Von in a holding cell to sober up, where we can get her checked out by a doctor to make sure she's okay. When she wakes up, hopefully she'll remember the lesson she learned today.
