If Finna can affect all four bugbears without affecting the group (if it's possible to place that 29ft cube like that) Faerie Fire on bugbears (advantage on attack rolls).
If not - shooting one of the bugbear on Roland, the one that looks the weakest: Attack: 5 Damage: 9
The only intelligible word that can be heard from Thulgrim's ranting yells is the name of his battle-god Clanggediiiiiin! as he continues to swing his axe, with eyes half-focused on the bugbear in front of him, spit flying from his mouth almost as far as the drops of blood spraying from his blade.
Action: Greataxe v bugbear: Attack: 21 Damage: 17 (If advantage, second roll: 26) BA (Frenzy): Greataxe v bugbear: Attack: 23 Damage: 14 (If advantage, second roll: 11)
OOC: With everyone in the midst of the bugbears in melee, it wouldn't be possible to affect all four bugbears with faerie fire without also targeting at least one party member, but you could target two of them safely.
Nundro, as far as everyone is aware, has not entered the room yet.
Roland's sneak attack damage does not apply this round, as there are not any allies within 5 feet of his target.

Morningstar vs. Nemean: 16Damage: 11 Morningstar vs. Roland: 21 Morningstar vs. Roland (Luck Point): 14 Morningstar vs. Roland: 19 Morningstar vs. Roland (Luck Point): 21Damage: 16
Thulgrim, lost in bloodlust, brutalizes his opponent. Blood sprays across the room, painting the floor and walls as he hacks not only through the bugbear's weapon, but also through its torso with his first swing, then again, cleaving off its arm in the process. The creature joins its king in death.
Nemean accepts a glancing blow in exchange for another cut into his opponent, striking with precision across its leg. Roland, still caught between two bugbears, drops to the ground at the last second, barely avoiding a skull-crushing from a morningstar. His other opponent takes a downward swing; the rogue tries to roll out of the way, but catches part of the weapon on his temple, and gets up streaming blood from his head and looking dazed.
Finna's attempt to help Roland stops twenty feet too short, the bolt jammed in place in her crossbow (OOC: Unjamming the mechanism will take 1 bonus action).
Round 4 Order: Players <===== Bugbears
Placement: There are three bugbears remaining. One bugbear are engaged in melee combat with Nemean. Two bugbears are engaged in melee combat with Roland.
Health: Roland is grievously wounded. Finna is lightly wounded. Nemean is lightly wounded.
The bugbear fighting Nemean is badly wounded. One bugbear fighting Roland is wounded.
Tracking: Finna has fired 2 bolts. Thulgrim is raging for 42 seconds.
There is no time for general buffing - Finna runs to Roland to use Cure Wounds10 If she can return in the same turn - she would do it. And un-jamm the crossbow too.
As Thulgrim sees the armless butchered bugbear drops to the floor, his head snaps up, panting rapidly and with eyes bloodshot, searching for another target, and only subconsciously chooses to lunge at another bugbear rather than at one of his own companions.
(Next target: whichever is closest, but if it's about even, then would prefer one of Roland's assailants.)
Action: Greataxe v bugbear: Attack: 16 Damage: 17 BA (Frenzy): Greataxe v bugbear: Attack: 19 Damage: 14

Nemean continues to hack at the bugbear facing him, sensing the urgency of their situation, he pushes himself and after two vicious cuts, he twists his body and lashes out again on the back swing.
OOC: Correct, I tried to point that out in the rolls. Both the first (19) and second (21) attack roll for the bugbear's second attack beat Roland's AC, and only one Luck Point can be used per roll. I doubled checked and found that Sage Advice confirmed that.
Will resolve the round once Roland's action has been posted.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roland tries to disengage himself from the bugbear, which he can tell is not far off finishing him, grimacing from his wounds he darts out of the engagement and moves toward his comrades, putting them between him and his opponent. On his way through he tries to stab at their opponent with his rapier.
Taking Cunning Action: Disengage for my bonus action and attacking with main hand on action.

Handaxe vs. Bugbear: 10Damage: 6
Roland's next lunge is swatted away by a bugbear's morningstar, but it covers his retreat. He feels some bleeding subside from Finna's spell as she stands over him, freeing the mechanism of her crossbow that had jammed. The bugbears start to follow the fleeing rogue, but their path is cut off by Thulgrim, who, no longer holding back in any way, has become a cyclone of destruction. His axe plows vertically into one bugbear's arm, sending it sprawling to the ground in pain; the last thing it sees is the dwarf standing over him, frothing at the mouth with his greataxe held high.
Another bugbear falls to two precise cuts from Nemean, and the tabaxi rushes to defend Roland, sliding and cutting low into the last bugbear's calf. Limping and bloodied, with all of its companions felled around it, the bugbear disengages and rushes out of the room, out of sight.
"Hyah!" a dwarven grunt accompanies the silver flash of a flying handaxe as the bugbear turns the corner. The blade of the axe lodges itself into the bugbear's face, and it dies standing; which it does not remain for long, as Nundro tackles it to the ground for good measure.
Room Description:
Old stone bunks line the walls of this barracks, which is lit and heated by a glowing iron brazier in the middle of the room.
Across the room is another door, this one blocked by a barricade made from the remains of a wooden table.
OOC: Each character has received 200 XP for defeating the bugbears.
"Looks like it,"answered Finna looking disdainfully at her scratched arm. "If we go back to the wagon right now, we can fix the injuries, take a some rest and return." "Wait, where is Nundro?" She looked outside the room to see if the dwarf is still there.
You see Nundro still standing over the body of the bugbear. He grabs the handle of the handaxe and pulls it out of the bugbear's face, then sticks it into the back of its head with a chuckle for good measure.
Thulgrim picks himself and his axe up off the floor, and goes and give Nundro a slap on the back.
Ach, that was a good fight, aye cousin? Much as I like me company, there's nought like fightin' beside 'nother Rockseeker, and 'specially 'gainst beasties that actually bleed! Now, shall we see wha' else is hidin' in our mine?
He then goes to the far door to remove the barricade.

Nemean grinned at he watches Nundro plant his axe in the fallen bugbears skull. “Well struck my friend! Glad to see your imprisonment was not enough to take the fight out of you.” His gaze turns to the body of King Grol, he spits on the corpse and mutters a Tabaxi curse. He exchanges a solemn look with Roland and nods his head “Vengeance is ours, Grol has finally been brought to justice. Our fallen comrades can rest easier now.”
After a few moments of being lost in thought, Nemean abruptly starts to leave the room, as he walks he curtly informs his companions “We should check this last room to the north of the pool before proceeding to the wagon, when we return we can then focus on the east wing.”
