Barty's "Lost Mine of Phandelver"

OOC: I'm happy to go for recruits. Anywhere between 4-6 is good with me.

(Ooc: Same. Let's recruit in Phandalin. Up to 6 total, dm discretion based on the people who apply and all that.)

DM Screen:

Having successfully attained the answer to Sister Garaele's desired question, you travel back to Phandalin. The skies and roads are clear, and a day and half later, your arrival in town is heralded by a small procession of farmers shouting ahead of you that the Righteous Four are back.

OOC: Recruiting has been re-opened. While I take applications, what would you like to do? You could head to the Shrine of Luck to see Sister Garaele, do some shopping at Barthen's Provisions or the Lionshield Coster, or head to the Stonehill Inn to recuperate?

Nemean starts to make his way over to the temple “Lets first go to sister Garaele, and then check on Droop!” He was excited to share the news of the spellbook.

OOC: Maybe we can get Garaele to join the party, we could use a cleric lol

"Sound plan." Cinis said, following the excitable Tabaxi.

Tarok nods and follows along with the others. "You guys took some solid hits earlier from those Hobgoblins, surprised you're still walking about" he adds.

Garaele is tidying up the Shrine of Luck when you approach from the Town Green. She glances up at you and straightens excitedly once she recognizes the familiar adventurers. She walks quickly toward you. "You've returned! Pray tell, did you have any luck?"

"Hello Sister Garaele!" Nemean bows his head and smiles as he greets the cleric. "We found the witch Agatha, and gave her the comb. You know doesn't matter if she is Tabaxi, Orc, or Banshee, a woman uh... ahem. Anyway your holiness... we did find that the hag had traded the spellbook of Bowgentle to the necromancer Tsernoth from Iriaebor." He stands proudly with a vacant grin on his face, hoping the clue would have more meaning for her than it did for him. 

Garaele stares intently for a few seconds, as if gauging your honesty, but you quickly see a smile overtake her features. "That is all the information I need," she says coolly. She beckons Nemean forward. "My potions of healing are in the storeroom. Would you mind coming with me?"

“Not at all Garaele.” Nemean says cheerfully as he follows her to the storeroom.

Nemean and Garaele return from the storeroom with three potions of healing, which she offers up gratefully. "It may not seem like much, but these are hard to find around here, I assure you," she says.

OOC: Determine who gets the potions, and then action is on the party. Where to?

Tarok watches the other two whisper together with a mild smile on his face.

"They seem to be fast friends!" he thinks to himself

Nemean smiles as he looks at the haul of healing potions. “I think one potion each for us righteous three seems fair, yes?” Asks Nemean as he hands potions to Cinis and Tarok.

"Sounds good to me. Do we really need that name, though? It's... embarrassing." Cinis replied, accepting the potion handed to him.

"Hmmm" muses Nemean as he considers Cinis's critique. "Perhaps we can find a better name, what about... "The Triumvirate!" Anyway, regardless of what we call ourselves, lets see if Droop was able to clean up our new place!"

OOC: Check in on Droop and then make our way to the Inn, work for everyone?

The manor lies just as deserted as when you left it. The cellar below is much quieter and uneventful than your last trip, and a noise from the former common room leads you to find Droop, who is hard at work scrubbing bloodstains off the floor from your last trip here, turned away from you as you enter.
