I'm still in school, so my availability is 4:00 to later when I don't have homework. I don't want to quit the campaign and I don't want to slow things down for you guys, so if it's my turn and you don't want to wait until 4:00-5:00, someone else (preferably grindal's player) can play for me.
I think we just need to assume that when FirstBorn is not posting, Tannen is still doing menial tasks and talking, just nothing that advances the story dramatically.
That's okay with me. Also, Tannen is a bit generic and I recently had a better character idea, so if seems like I'm trying to bump him off in the coming dungeon, I am.
Not yet. I'm waiting for the noble sacrifice/absurd mishap. I forgot how much I dislike playing magic users, so I'm making a well rounded fighter. I'll probably multi-class more than once since I think Grindal's a fighter already. Personality would be a mix of Hannibal, Dutch, and other action hero type characters. Very focused on "the plan" and "the squad."
I have recently recieved a PM from Widowleaf saying that (s)he prefers playing DM to player. That might be the reason we have had little activity from the dwarf cleric.
I really hate playing a spell caster in 5e, but rather than creating a second fighter I could go paladin if you want burst damage or ranger if you want ranged. My fighter was meant to recreate the 4e knight's control and defensive roles, so I chose the protection feature and I will choose the battle master archetype. I also have the Scotsman from Samurai Jack written up as a bard if you are looking for healing, but I would still mostly play him as a big sword in melee. Opinions?
It looks like things are moving a little slowly right now. If you wish to quit now, don't hesitate to say it. Playing with reluctant players is worse than playing with no players at all. That said, I think we have a good group going, and if we are all interested in the story, there is nothing we can't accomplish.
Sorry, I started dming a group and that has taken most of my attention. I am still checking this campaign every day and would be willing to continue, though.

No worries from me, just wanted to make sure

So you want to bump him off and introduce a new character? If so, whom?

Our second casualty already, yikes! Lol

OK, sounds fine. But I think we have a much higher mortality rate then the average party. :)

Player 2 goes down with an arrow in his back.
Looks like we have lost Widowleaf. Lets take a vote on this.
Vote 1: Recruit a new player
Vote 2: I introduce an NPC party member
Vote 3: Play with three players

Vote 3: Just go easy on us lol. (Maybe that will speed up gameplay?)
Option 3 works for me

Hi, I'm back. AP exams suck but on the upside I'm out of school now.
Great. It looks like we are going to play as is. We have three dependable players, which is better than four undependable ones.

Yep, time for a better character.
PM me when you have created your new character and we can talk about how best to introduce it.

I am fine with you playing a fighter if the others are.
