Onizos on his turn is going to try to kill that southern guard!
Eldritch blast to hit: 12 damage 5 force and 2 necrotic
If that finishes off the guard then Onizos will only move a little closer, so as to cover Stuvrak, and he will telepathically message Stuvrak: Grab the body and drag it back here!
If that does not finish off the guard then he will move SE towards the SW corner of the keep, but does not want to break that southern plane of the keep. He will telepathically message Stuvrak: Finish him off!!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gan ducks around the other side of Yabo, doing his best to let that big shell act like an extra shield before starting forward again and slashing at the guard with his short sword again. Gan is not a graceful duelist instead his swordplay consists of fast, jabs and slashes.
Gan the guard parries your dash with his spear. He gains a bit of confidence having successfully defended a few blows now. He strikes back out at you Gan managing to catch you with the edge of his spear for 5 damage.
Morgid is growing frustrated now as the only one left on the wrong side of the wall. He makes another attempt to climb with his foothold (Athletics: 13). He makes it over and joins in the chase of the southern guard. He gets to Onizos side and looses an arrow from his longbow.
To Hit: 15 Damage: 7
The arrow pierces the guards throat and he falls to the ground dead, unable to scream.
Onizos comes up short as Morgid comes out of nowhere to fell the guard.
Nice shot, he sends telepathically. And here I thought you’d never make it over the wall.
He runs back towards the northern tower and quickly transfers the hex to the northern guard. Inky sticklike markings lift off the dead southern guard and zip across the grounds at lightning speed to plaster themselves to the northern guard. Then Onizos hits that guard with his black tentacles.
Onizos, your attack defeats the guard. What do the others in the tower see?
Combat is suspended. There are no other enemies in sight. You saw most of the guards taking shelter from the storm in the main keep. There are some larger tents that haven't blown away and may still have enemies. The other watchtowers may also be manned.
You've gathered at the back of the keep. The freshly quarried rocks of this squat stone building lack the Brokenveil Bluffs’ distinct mossy charm, and the structure’s utilitarian style makes it even more foreboding. No windows are set into the stone walls.
Onizos drags the southern guard to the back of the keep. He studies the guard’s features as he does so. Then, in full view of the rest of the group, so as not to surprise them, he casts disguise self to replicate that guard’s appearance. He shows off his new form with a flourish.
“Not as glamorous as my natural form, but there may be some utility here.”
“I propose we use our other scroll the punch a hole in the back of the keep. But I wonder if it’s better to just do it right away, or shall I knock on the front door of the keep and warn the soldiers of some deadly threat approaching, try to get them all to exit the keep first?”
"Good job. Stuv, can you slip out and grab the runner?"
Yabo will pat down the dead guard that his claws found a moment after Onizos finished them, and deposit the body on the outside of the wall.
((Leave the grapple down the back? If we go up the ladder to the guardpost, on our way out, just need to get down again.))
"Your vision show any idea where she's at? We can try the other scroll to make a hole in the back of the keep, right? If we pop into her cell, we don't need to fight through the Dwends...", Yabo says a bit dejectedly.

You don't see any doors or windows. When the guards were retreating into the keep they entered on the east side so there must be a door there. Otherwise it seems to have been built with militaristic simplicity as a defensible fallback point
Yes you still have one scroll of stone shape to cast it using the scroll you need to pass a DC13 Int check, with advantage since you already used one successfully.

Onizos shakes his head. “I don’t know exactly. I would guess going into this westmost part that protrudes out from the main body of the keep.”
Both guards have a spear a chain shirt and a crossbow, light. The northern guard also had a pouch with 50sp and a dice set
Yabo will toss the coins and dice to Oni.
((Not sure what the third piece is gear was.))

((Should be fixed. It was their light crossbows))
Gan gets up on his tiptoes and looks over at the keep.
"Could just be a back door, your know?" Gan says. "Why don't we go take a perusal of the wall?"
Gan slips down the ladder and makes his way to the back of the keep, looking for a rear entrance of some sort.

Gan looks back up at the others in the tower and waves then shrugs sweeping his hands out to show no doorway.
Onizos says,
“We’ll just have to make our own back door. But shall I call the guards out first, see if I can get them to all head to the front gate?”
(Does Ula still have another scroll of mold earth to make her own back door?)
Yeah there were 2 of them
