"It is a gamble. Might make our way inside easier but also shortens our window of opportunity to get out safely. Maybe we should just proceed directly."
Morgid looks over to Onizos in his guard disguise.
"I bet lookin' like that you could draw some guards out, or at least check it out for us. Never like bein' split up win things kick off though. Either way usin' that scroll seems the best was to get the rest of us in"
"We're already in," Gan says. "Dwendies investigatizing out here just causes problems when we want to leave. They is likely all hunkered around the fireplace trying to stay warm. We can pop grab this witch and pop out before they realize we was here."
Ula will fly down to the nearest wall that she thinks will let them inside the keep further and use the other spell scroll to make an opening. "Well, no going back now!"
The lines between the massive stone bricks begin to swirl and melt away. A hole starts to form under your touch and grows into a small passage through the wall.
Through the hole you see a cramped room lit by the flickering flames of two small braziers suspended from the ceiling. In the center of the room facing away from you, a Dwendalian inquisitor stands above a bloody stone altar, clutching a crimson-stained mace in his prosthetic right hand. On the altar, a goblin struggles furiously against the chains that bind her. Above the altar, a cloud of black energy swirls
Across the room a Dwendalian guard looks on with glee and disgust. The guard sees the hole open up, points at the party and yells, but the inquisitor is too enraptured in his torture of the goblin woman. He raises the mace again.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gan doesn't hesitate. The moment Ula opens the hole in the wall, the blue kobold is already slipping through. He's tempted to stick a sword though the back of the inquisitor, but then he spots the guard by the door.
With the Inquisitor distracted, Gan races along the back wall then across the north wall to get within 15' of the guard. As he gets that close, he whispers "Flash and grab."
A jagged bolt of lightning flashes out from Gan, grabbing hold of the guard.
Casts: Lightning Lure DC 13 STR check or get dragged 10' towards Gan and takes 6 Lightning Damage
Ula will follow a moment later and fly up towards the suspended flames and attempt to use her knowledge of druidcraft to snuff out the flames. Then before fluttering back towards the floor she will pull out a small vial with a needle on it and jam it into her side with a wince before giggling. "Alright, speed on!"(casting Expeditious Retreat)
Gan your lightning bolt wraps around the guard (Str save: 20) but he sets his feet and you're unable to draw him towards you.
Ula, you snuff out the braziers. The room is briefly lit only by Gans lightning strike and then it plunges into darkness. There is 5ft of dim light next to the hole in the wall. The rest of the room is fully dark.
The guard, suddenly blinded, charges towards the corner Gan attacked him from. His shield extended in front of him, hoping to bash Gan into the wall. (Disadvantage to hit: nat 1). He misses and his shield slams into the wall next to Gan.
You all hear the crunch of breaking bones as the inquisitors mace comes down on the goblins chest. You hear a shreik of pain that fades to silence as she falls unconscious.
"Bol'bara! Noooo!" Morgid screams as he rushes in slashes at the inquisitor with his longsword (To Hit: 14, 8 damage)
Onizos figures the guard isn’t going anywhere, also can’t see him, so he will attack the inquisitor! He will attach the hex to him but instead of eldritch blast, which he has to aim, he will cast dissonant whispers on the inquisitor, after moving into the room so that he’s between the inquisitor and the door.
The area immediately around the hole is dim. The door on the far side is outlined in light from the next room. This is enough that you can navigate the room and have an idea of where everyone is, but without a light source attacks will be at disadvantage.
Grumbling all the way, Yabo pushes his way through and either plants himself in front of the door if it opens in, or fumbles around and grabs hold of the handle and plants himself against the frame if it swings out.
"Finish them and get Bol'bara!", he hisses.

“Alright, then let’s get on with it!”
Yabo nods and pulls free a handaxe to toss at any Dwends that are revealed when the fort is breached.

(Think Ula needs to make a DC13 Int check w/adv to use the scroll)
Yes that's right, an INT check to use it. Advantage since you've cast one before.
